My order was picked up 2/12/25 12:08 pm when it should have been ready by 12:02. Two: curbside delivery shorted my husband a brownie and jalapeño with the order. I called in and spoke with Servando out of Raymondville TX store and he apologized and asked if I could return, said no, during lunch and had no time to go back. He then said out of inconvenience, he would replace the order. I went back today, and the store manager David said they would only replace one combo out of the two. I am so offended that they didn’t believe what was told to me, they basically called me a liar. I refused and left telling the manager now you have inconvenienced me twice. He said sorry but I said you are not!

The new coffee isn't good. It's the same as McDonald's. Bad decision to change your coffee. There is no reason to drive to whataburger when McDonald's is closer.

Great like always, except a lady slipped and fell on the wet floor.
Update 30 October 2024. Order was incorrect, ordered a double whataburger meal, but got a Single! Had paid for a Double and not a Single!

It was nice at thw beginning, me and my family ordered and nothing wrong, then a lot of people started coming into the restaurant and ordering, nothing wrond until i start realizing they were serving the other people first because they looked "known for beeing locals in the area" had to go and ask why they were serving first other people dince we had a long wait time, then gave me part of my order wrong, and to finalize when they finally bring all the food, part of it was cold, things like bred and fryes, pretty disappointed.

Ordered online, wanted extra pickles got two pickles on my burger, then gravey for chicken stripes was watered down,no spicy ketchup was given and only two keychups given for three meals.This is why I don't eat in Raymondville...
