I ordered yesterday Super Bowl Sunday They had baskets full of wings just sitting there already cooked( the store was empty no other customers only a few online orders ) my wings were slightly warm and they did have a slight off taste I always order from here and never had wings taste like that my parm had little parm…… I sat at a table that looked clean but it wasn’t fully clean the coke machine was nasty as well it was a slow day and this was how my experience was:/

Got my order quick and there were plenty of seats and the food was amazing.
Gotta say I’ve always came to wingstop for some decently good wings but lately, this is what I been getting. There’s really no excuse for it, it wasn’t busy so you could’ve drained a bit longer. Come on now, I ordered wings not OIL with a side of wings.

How have they not fixed the AC yet? I’ve gone 3 different times and it feels cooler outside than inside the restaurant! Whoever is in charge needs to get it together and get it fixed ASAP! I feel bad for the employees who have to stand in front of the fryers all day probably sweating the whole shift. Nobody is going to want to eat inside a hot building in this summer heat. 🤷🏻♀️
