I've never been here and had a good experience. Line to order is long and they take FOREVER to even acknowledge it, let alone take orders. They always get orders wrong; last time I had to send it back 3 times.

After the rather disappointing experience that I had with the burger king about a block away just a few minutes prior it was definitely nice to walk into this place. The staff was quick to acknowledge my presence, and even after telling them about the incident I had.They were still polite and said, well, sometimes that's just the way they are. They made a point to not only be respectful to me but to the other business as well.Which in my opinion was more than they deserved. The staff here took my order quickly and got it to me in a timely manner. Which was very much appreciated. The restaurant itself looked very clean and it was definitely a nice change from what I had just put up with.
