Wont sell it extras rolls when it’s literally on the menu and It’s barely 6pm. We get our food half opened with gravy all over bag and plates.

First time for this brand, very good. I would say it's better than most other chicken places.

I am a regular in refugio to get livers. Today I went thru drive thru and ordered a double order of livers. I took the bag and drove home 8 miles away. When I opened the bag both boxes were fried so hard I could not eat any of them!!! I am old and couldn't drive back to the restaurant. This is uncle acceptable

Customer service sucked! Told me they couldn’t sell me just rolls by themselves so I tried to order a family meal with extra rolls and they still told me no!

I've been seeing lots of adds for Golden Chick's new Pimento Crunchwich Chicken sandwich, so I thought I'd go try it.
All in all, the sandwich was pretty darn good. It was a good slice of chicken breast, not a pressed patty, and thicker and juicyier than either Popeyes, or Chick-fil-A, which has been my favorite.
But I was very disappointed by the small amount of pimento cheese they put on it, just a little smidgen. I took the sandwich up to the counter and asked the manager if this was the amount of pimento cheese I was supposed to get, and payed extra for. He just said that he would have them put more on it. So the picture is AFTER they put more pimento cheese on it. The fried jalapeño slivers, which are supposed to add crunch and spiciness, was also disappointing. They were soo thin, mostly batter, there was little jalapeño flavor.
So, bottom line, I give it 7 - 7.5 out of 10. A good amount of pimento cheese, and thicker jalapeño slivers would make it an 11. Yes 11.
I'll try it again at another location to see if this one was typical or not.

Sam was awesome at the counter. She helped me select my order as I was having trouble deciding on strips or wings. She offered strips and adding a couple wings on the side and that was perfect! Opened my order and it looked perfect like you’d see on a commercial. Highly impressive. Great job by Juan, and thank you Sage!

This was probably the worst experience ever…The chicken (mixed pieces) was cooked so hard it was not even edible, also added in the mix was something unrecognizable, upon closer examination it was a battered and fried chunk of backbone, if I didn’t live forty miles away I would have brought it back, I have never been so disappointed, even the okra was hard, the only thing actually edible was the rolls
