Stopped at this McDonald’s for chicken nuggets, fries, and a Hot & Spicy. It took 25 minutes to receive my order, and when I finally got it, the food was cold.
I let the staff know, and the two women who appeared to be shift managers just looked at each other and told me it would take another 30 minutes to get “fresh food.” When I asked for a refund, I was told it wasn’t possible.
If this location knows they’re always busy, they need to staff accordingly. Very poor customer service. Do not recommend this location.
