The food is amazing and great customer service
Fantastic, real homemade food here! I think my burger bun was even homemade.
They were completely full when we arrived about noon but had a table open within minutes and the food came out quick. So don’t worry if they are packed.

This is a great fun little place to grab a nice botemof breakfast. We asked several locals where to go and this was the place most recommended.
The staff was very friendly, and I felt like I was back in my hometown among people who knew me - this is not something I find very often anymore.
The food was fresh (even if not all of it was homemade) and quite tasty. The portions were just right for a meal to start the day.

Ordered the club chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Super awesome staff. Bathroom was clean which is a huge indicator that the team cares about the environment. 5/5 would recommend

If you’re peckish in Reno, Texas, Rooster’s might just be your coop of comfort. This roadside roost serves up food that’s cluckin’ good—crispy, juicy, and clearly not some fowl attempt at diner dining.
Let’s talk chicken: it’s fried to golden perfection, the kind of crust that makes you forget your manners and dive in beak-first. The sides? Solid. Mashed potatoes that don’t taste like they were scooped from a bag, and gravy thick enough to patch a tractor tire. That coleslaw? Fresh and tangy enough to make a hen do a double take.
Service was friendly, like “we-don’t-know-you-but-we’ll-call-you-hon” kind of friendly. The place isn’t fancy, but it’s clean, cozy, and full of locals who look like they’ve been coming here since the first egg was laid.

Our meal was delicious, generously portioned & very affordable. We visited on a late Saturday morning & the place was busy but we were able to get a table right away. The staff was super friendly & helpful making suggestions & refilling our much needed coffee. Looking forward to our next visit & to try all the unique menu options.
