They place was clean, the restrooms needed a little cleaning. I brought my daughter for her birthday since she wanted KFC, but o Lord everything was lacking flavor, long story short. I Do not recommend it at all.

Acudí a que me las cambiaran y una vez más me dieron las mismas pinches piernas y puro muslo. Mi culpa por no verificar que fueran otros tipos de piezas. El dia de ayer estuvimos comprando pollo en kfc del blv morelos, nos dieron 12 piezas de las cuales la mitad eran alitas, no tenian pollo picante ni bbq, no tenian ensalada de repollo y el pure nos lo dieron sin gravy, tampoco nos dieron los 4 bisquet y nos cobraron lo mismo 🙄 como si nos estuvieran incluyendo todo y para colmo el pollo estaba como seco como si fuera viejo 🫠... En otra ocasión no nos pusieron ensalda de repollo y de las 16 piezas que compramos solo habia 12 tuvimos que regresar por las 4 faltantes... Deberían poner atención y cuidado 😒

We went to the drive thru to order some strips, they made us wait 30 minutes only to tell us that there were no strips, when 15 minutes before they told us that there would be an 8 minute wait to do it, the truth was it was a terrible service and the employee did not know how to cope the situation more than saying that first they had to check in their warehouse, when they had already made us wait half an hour, it takes half an hour to start your self-service order knowing that you have a line? They should train the employees better and give better customer service Customer, ultimately I will not buy here again.
