The flavors are delicious and everyone was very welcoming. We loved the sambusas and egusi they were so good, totally recommend going here and supporting this local business. 10/10.
I love this place, great food.
We had my husband's father's day lunch/dinner here at Tam Tam Zings and ate very pleased with our experience. The staff is beyond welcoming, food is delicious, facility is clean and is always playing pleasant lively music. Would definitely recommend!
This is an excellent family owned restaurant. The sambusas appetizer are really good. Think African empanadas. The goat plate (goat braised in a tomato based sauce) was amazing. And the goat kabobs were amazing as well. I was with a group of eleven of us. Everyone loved what they got. There's plenty of parking in the back if the front lot is full.
We had lamb chops, fries, some kind of purple onions with jalapenos (in the small clear bowl), goat meat stew with rice. EVERYTHING WAS SO FREAKIN DELICIOUS!! Lamb was seasoned, tender, juicy and grilled to perfection and the goat was tender and flavorful as well. I was dipping my fries in the stew. As you can see, we demolished it all. We were too hungry and forgot to do before pics.
You can play POOL!!
The goat stew with fufu was heavenly
The sambusas are bringing me back next time 🙂❤️ thank youuuu
The beef tongue and beef heart is very juicy. So happy to find a place that has grill with various meet! The owner is very friendly and we will definitely come back.
My boyfriend and I tried this place one Sunday night in August when everything else was closed, drawn by the high reviews. Don't be fooled. We waited over an hour for our food. Not only were our portions small and should have been a fraction of the cost, our food was burnt. The charred goat kebabs tasted like charcoal. For two people we spent over $70. It was highway robbery.
Fun chill spot for delicious kababs, fun music and service. Ask for the pantains and hot sauce
I have passed by this restaurant for years. When I checked the hours, they are open a few days a week. So today I thought I would stop by. Let me tell you, it's definitely a chill spot you have got to experience. The music is chill, and the food is amazing. I had the Sambusas as an appetizer, and a Lulimi and goat kabob. Never had any of it before, I wanted the experience. It was worth it! Don't just drive by, it's worth the stop.

Our group wanted to try something different tonight. So, this was the perfect opportunity to expand our horizons. It's a small place but we'll lit and easy to find. We parked in the back and walked in and we're able to be seated very quickly.
We really enjoyed this family owned restaurant. We were a large group. The waitress was gracious and welcoming . She took the time to explain the menu and suggest items. She answered all of our questions.
The quality of the food was so high. You could see the care and time taken to prepare and present our orders. Everything was made fresh and presented quickly
We had sambusas and wings as appetizers. The wings had a brilliant sauce. The sambusas were beautiful and filled with an array of warm flavors. The hot sauce served with it, was equally brilliant. The spice was so complementary to the meat.
At our waitresses suggestion, I had the goat kabob. The meat was perfect and exploded with flavor. The smells and flavors that filled the air, were mesmerizing.
They have a patio out back that would be a perfect place to watch a game. The bar was ready to serve various drinks. The atmosphere was quaint and absolutely welcoming.
We noticed there were several Uber eats drivers who came to get take out orders. They never waited long at all.
We will absolutely be returning. I highly recommend it.

After a night of drinking we decided to eat here as nowhere else was open nearby and we do not regret that decision.
The sambusas were a great appetizer to start off with, just be careful not to burn your mouth as they are the equivalent of a heat bomb when opened.
We got skewers for our main and while they were a little dry, the flavor profile made up for it and satisfied that craving for meat on a stick that seems to come out whenever you've had more than 3 drinks.
All in all I would give it a 7/10, music was great but the seating and atmosphere left a bit to be desired.
