I’m from San Diego and I drive all the way from Denton to come down here to get my tacos my Carne side of burrito roll tacos, Carne Asada fries to help bring back those memories of San Diego Mexican food from the West Coast. The food is so good here the manager he’s a real nice guy, ladies, all worked very nice and the staff never made a mistake on my food. The food is always good. I’ve been coming here for many years.

As much as I want to say I loved the food I can’t for right now! I came in with very high expectations! When I asked if they had chicken because I do not eat red meat the guy told me no just very few selection which was like two things! I told him I cannot do deep fry stuff because it gets me very sick, when asked for the torta and I got it to go and eat I noticed it was deep fried and the salsas as well did not have no type of seasoning! Still decided to eat it because the people were nice, but guess who is now very sick ?

WOW, this place was a huge disappointment. The look has an authentic Mexican vibe, the staff looked like they knew what they were doing, but the food was just flavorless. The drive through didn’t have any prices and was really hard to see the menu to order, we had to go online to look at the menu. I was excited as it had done authentic dishes you don’t see at other places. My family of 4 ordered, 10 street tacos, 1 torta, 1 carne asade platter, and a medium rice/beans, no drinks. We were shocked it was $70, but I don’t mind elevated prices for good authentic Mexican. Service was fast. Even after we got the food and were heading home I was excited. We got home, opened it up, and it still looked great. Then we tried it. The red and green sauce were really wet and flavorless, poured right through the torta making a mess. I think the restaurant refuses to use salt or any seasoning that adds flavor. The meat (pastor, carne asada) was fatty and chewy. My wife and two kids hated it, I was able to eat it (sherry out of hunger), but I had to go buy whataburger afterwards. I slept on this review as to not sound harsh, and I woke up feeling sick as does my family. I drive all around DFW looking for authentic street tacos and this place ranks at the very bottom for flavor. The people were nice enough.

I used to go to this place all the time when I lived in NRH for a breakfast burrito.
I happened to be in the area this morning & how they're still serving this big azz burrito for $6 is beyond me, but I'm here to say all these years later it did not disappoint.
Don't sleep on the hole in the walls. Hands down best breakfast burrito ever & that green salsa is everything.
Wish I lived closer!

I got 6 tacos de carne asada and a lemonade. The tacos came our looking very delicious, but when I started eating them, the first thing I bitten into was a very small chip of bone, not sure what type of poor quality fajita beef they buy , carne asada meat not the best 1-10 I give a 5 on the beef but the tortilla was good

We ordered pozole, asada taco plate (with rice and beans) and a asada torta. The pozole was really good will definitely come back for that. The asada meat had no flavor, was dry and tough. Their horchata taste like they used klass powder (super watered down) Also their a/c wasn’t good.

I recently moved from San Diego so this was a blessing to find!! Great, authentic Mexican (not TexMex) food!! LOVED IT!! The only drawback was, a tiny a/c unit was trying to cool down the place but failed!! It was very hot inside, which made it uncomfortable to sit & enjoy the awesome food.
My daughter-in-law & I had the carne asada quisadillas. My oldest son had 2 carne asada tacos & my youngest son had a California burrito. Kudos all around ?
