I have came to this Starbucks for the past few months and nothing has satisfied me, Iāve tried the refreshers but it would all be bitter or just taste absolutely nothing. But the anger that had me to write this 2 star review was the hot chocolate. My expectations was very high since it hot chocolate is supposed to cool you down from the winter but the moment I took a sip of that hot chocolate, I was very disappointed. I will say that it smelled wonderful but the taste was awful. It tasted like disgusting water, with absolutely no flavor and no taste of chocolate whatsoever! Iām still shocked of how they can mess up hot chocolate!! And I wasnāt the only one saying that, my family said the exact same thing. I spent over 17$ on the hot chocolate and I absolutely wish they could make better drink in the future. (But I will give another star because of there delicious cake pops.)

There is a woman named Lety who is very rude a thousand times, I repeated the order to her and I even asked her if she speaks Spanish and she said yes and she spoke to me again in English and I ? you speak Spanish and she ignored me and I told her how rude she was and she got speak and speak in English, I see it as very bad because the worker always has to be kind to people and even more so when one speaks well to them I will have a bitter face but I will never lack respect and obviously we are in the Rio Grande Valley where the Most of us speak Spanish and the truth is, if that's how they're going to deliver, it's not good.

I guess there is new employees because it's been about 4 times my drinks don't come out good? especially my macha with lavender it was too concentrated that I couldn't even drink it. Today my pink drink looked like milk drink?

Chic Coffee shop vibes. The restrooms were sparkling which I canāt say about all Starbucks so I give the manager big props.Enjoyed our drinks they were made just right and they donāt skip on the whipped cream most importantly!

Not much to say here. It's a Starbucks... just like any other in this region. It's new, so it's clean and nice, but nothing made it really stand out... a bit cookie cutter. But perhaps that's the business plan. It would be great to be able to walk into these places in different locations and get a sense of the unique vibes that each one has. That would make the experience much more interesting and memorable.

this morning i was studying and my damn drink fell over. the shift supervisor MARIO came to save the day. He not only helped clean my mess up, but was smiling, genuinely, about it, as if this was the greatest day of his life. THAT! boosted me up and helped me realized how much happiness were surrounded with. Its people like Mario that change the world for the better, honestly, I feel like a better person. Funny right? nah, seriously this place just feels a little like heaven, and he remade my drink. Thank you Mario, and SB.

I keep coming to this place and they don't fail to mess up the order. Clumpy flavorless or bitter Oat Milk Shaken Espressos, flavorless & watered down White Chocolate Mochas, and watered down refreshers. Plus, there is so many pubescent couples at night making out outside, it lookās so tacky!
