You feel like you’re in SA when you walk into this Subway. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is very genuine and friendly. Our order was made under 5 minutes and we enjoyed a lunch relaxing lunch. Maria the manager was there and was very friendly and extremely helpful. I love this Subway and the delicious food. I give it a 10!

Not once but 3 times have I placed an order in which I include and pay extra for bacon and they don't put any. I would double check orders before leaving if placing an online order here because 3 times is more than just accidentally forgetting.

Today this guy good his sweet time to make four orders knowing that we are off our company time and have very little time to get our good and head back to work ... He took his sweet time in the back doing who knows what instead of trying to hurry up to get us out as fast as he could. Then there was a beeping loud noise that was just beeping and beeping and for of us waiting ... We had to send two of us to go back to work to let our boss know our situation while two of us had to take their order for them when we are still waiting to get our orders

Placed an order for a sub with chips for my mom. She went to go pick it up, and they told her TWICE that the order, which was already paid for, didn't come with the chips. So I had to double check the order, send a pic of the receipt/order to my mom, who was already on her way home. She went back to the store, and got the chips, but the whole time she was there, the employee was rude to her. Not even an apology or complimentary cookie for wasting her time and gas. And no, this is not the first time they were rude or mess up on an order.

The food was good but the temperature inside was freezing. I was eating and I was shivering due to the intense cold. The employees don't feel the cold because they are working and near ovens
