I’m a local in Rio and I definitely recommend Roughnecks for their Burgers!! However, we ordered their Steaks yesterday afternoon, paid $75 for two steaks, baked potatoes and fries… I couldn’t even eat my steak it was like drinking a bottle of Worcestershire sauce, my husbands was just as bad!!
