For a while this location has been pretty good. But lately, delivery has been terrible. It’s almost as if they don’t give their drivers delivery instructions at all because the majority of the time they just ignore them. If you select “Leave at my door” for your delivery expect them to knock and wait for you to answer the door, whether or not you’re in an important work call. If you very clearly explain in delivery instructions which door is easiest for THEM to enter, expect them to go to some other entrance. Expect missing items. Expect an overall negative delivery experience.
One time I had a driver call me for assistance to get into the building which is totally understandable. What isn’t understandable, and really just defies logic, is that I told him that I would just come meet him at the door that was giving him trouble, which he enthusiastically agreed to. So when I get to the door to meet him, he’s not only not there, he’s calling me to tell me that he actually decided to come into the building and is confused why I’m not at the apartment.
This hasn’t always been the case at this location. It’s been way more common in the last few months though. I don’t know if this location is particularly bad about giving their drivers all the info they need to succeed at their jobs. But if it’s not that, I find it really difficult to believe that the majority of their drivers can’t figure out delivery instructions. One of the best parts of moving away from this part of town is going to be never facing to deal with this Dominos location again. And that’s especially sad considering we don’t even order it that often.

Came in to order in restaurant, cashier was nice, ordered spinach and feta pizza and received completely made up pizza. Spinach & feta is a specialty and they made up a new recipe I guess. Mine had tomato sauce instead of Alfredo, hardly any cheese and just dry. The other pizza was fine. Also, it annoyed me that I sat there and waited and nobody though let me know my order was ready. 😞

I’ve gotten pizza from this location a bunch of times. The pizza is good, but they recently increased their minimum delivery spend to $18.50 which is wild when you just wanna order a pizza and there’s already a $4.99 delivery charge. Will be taking my business elsewhere I guess, cause I’m not gonna By another pizza For the sake of making that Delivery threshold.

This is so disgusting and unappetizing to find what it looks like to be hair! In a piece of bacon! Maybe an Eyelash extensions?? Disappointed and would like something to make up for having to throw out a whole pizza I didn’t feel comfortable to eat!

Even though this store is in River Oaks Texas, the atmosphere feels like a small piece of Detroit. Great service, friendly people and pizza done right! ❤️Dominoes ? pizza!
