There is no sign about only taking bills no larger than a 20 until you get by the register. I have 3 sandwiches made, over 30$, and when I got to the register, I only had a 100$ bill. The lady refused my 100$ bill and through out 3 sandwiches (or she ate them). There should be a sign at the door or before making sandwiches that state they do not take bills larger than $20.

5/24/25. I went to this location today and the employee was helping someone and after he finished he never greeted me.
He started working on a call in order and never said one word to me. I will never go back to this place.

The lady who was working the closing shift on May 20th ripped us off. My dad went in for two BLTs with extra bacon. The lady confirmed that a standard BLT comes with 2 slices (6 inch) and 4 slices (12 inch)... so, we paid more for extra bacon and should've gotten extra. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Just the standard 2 and 4... but we were charged for more.
Best subway I've been to, it was clean and my sandwhich was really fresh. On top of that the worker was so nice, I wish I got his name. I was hesitant to try a new location because frankly most food establishments have gone down in the last years but this is a great location!
Went to this location the lady that works in the morning told my boyfriend that they don’t take coupons and order guacamole and the guacamole was brown and when ask for a water cup she said she didn’t have any but was displayed behind her she rude and today she was. Over hour late and it almost 10 and she still has the door lock we trying to get a bite while doing laundry even the business owner next door is confused and said her not opening is bad business
Please do not do mobile orders here. You will still have to wait thirty minutes. You get faster service if you just go in and order. Even though nobody was there to pick up their mobile order, they chose to do their orders before mine even though I was there.
Ok, I have used this Subway for the last year and it was quite decent. I don’t know what happened but ever since the lady, Lauren I think it is, and Ryan have gotten worse and worse with their service. Yesterday I went in to pick up my mobile order and it wasn’t even started and I was, literally, 10 mins late to get it. My time was crucial because I was trying to pack my wife a sandwich for work before she left within the hour. Came back another 15 mins later and still no service. My order was being ignored to only service the line. What is the point of placing a mobile order to save me the time and make it a possible lunch stop?! I give up and leave to help my wife out the door for work. I return another half hour later and the lady shows me my order is ready…. I was dumbfounded. I promptly let her know I would just like a refund! She tells me she can’t do it and I would have to speak to the manager. Then, proceeds to not help me with any contact information and tells me to come back in then morning. So, I give up and come back this morning only for her to tell me the manager isn’t in and she has no idea when he will be. Great, thanks for helping me. I leave and decide to come back in the afternoon at 4:30pm. I walk in to see that Ryan is there and I ask him to speak with Sam. He informs me Sam isn’t in today. I ask when I could catch him and he says, “I don’t know.” So, Sam (the manager), if you read this I sure would like my money back and don’t worry I will never walk into that trashy location and crap service ever again. After getting ripped off on two sandwiches missing all their toppings and this latest stunt I’m real good on never seeing those two idiots again!

Old white guy gave me and my wife the worst sandwiches we ever ate in our lives…recommended going in the day time maybe! Night shift old guy is a horrible sandwich maker!
Well first of all I had a paper coupon that was sent to me to use and redeem in store but when I walked in this woman who I believe works there she said in a rude way “we don’t accept paper coupons” we just walked in and she said in a tone that they don’t want to use ALL SUBWAYS CAN USE PAPER COUPONS FOR TO REDEEM IN STORES !!! Very rude employee lady and never I’ll come here to be treated this way

robert was super awesome, he was really kind and nice to talk to. ive genuinely never been to a subway where anyone seemed like they cared or had pride in their job but he did. the decor is awesome too, the inside was super clean. sad to hear they’re changing the decor :(
this subway was probably the best one i’ve ever been to, mostly thanks to robert. he is great.

I've been here before and didn't have any issues. But on this day I order a sandwich and a cup of water. I was charged $2.63 for a bottle of water. When I asked for a refund I was told that they were not trained to do refunds and I would have to come back when the manager was there. I feel that was poor answer to solve a small issue. They can do better.

Robert is a terrible worker, and extremely rude and unprofessional. He was training a new girl and made it very obvious. He was making our sandwich, they were busy he passed it off to the new girl, and then proceeded to yell at her in front of everyone that she was making the wrong sandwich. To her defence he never informed her what sandwich it was, but the amount of embarrassment I felt for her just watching her have to put up with THAT. AT A SUBWAY? No job is worth that amount of ridicule. He should be reprimanded immediately.

A blonde ladie made a subway such an unbearable,gross, disgusting, cowardly, backstabbing, hypocritical and habitual tip telling environment to work in/to visit. She hung over employees there like a slezzy slim ball that care that she had a fiancee most of the time that was near that environment or in that environment.
I love this location, it’s my favorite one to go to. The employees are really nice, food is good, and I love the fact they kept the decor like the original Subway back in the day! It’s not all modern and ordinary like everything else these days. Plus, they always play great music and offer comfortable seating to dine in
