The lady the took my order was rude really just didn’t seem like she wanted to be at work. She made my sandwich sloppy, On her name tag it just said love but clearly that is not her real name so i don’t know what her name was. Just over all she was drag and definitely will walk out the door if I see her behind the counter when I walk in next time all the other ppl up there have been grate though!

The ice machine has mold in it!!! The workers know and tell the customers not to use it because of the mold!! I don't understand why the owner doesn't want to fix this?!?!?! It could make people sick and then they could be sued!!!!! Let's see if this gets through to the owners

Today, we placed an app order for pickup. When my husband brought the food to the car, he realized that we didn't get our churro. He brought the food back inside and explained that he was missing the churro, and the guy behind the register accused him of leaving it in the car to get a free churro? He insisted that we pay again, ignoring the receipt. Why would we tip on the app, and then try to scam employees into giving us a $2 item? Why the hostility?When we got home, we realized that they didn't toast one sandwich as requested, and both footlongs were extremely dry and empty. We feel like we wasted gas for something that would've been cheaper and easier made at home.

Me and another Marine went to this location. We were in uniform and are not allowed to get out of our vehicle in the uniform that we are in so we called ahead of time to ask if they could walk it out to the window. Upon arriving a blonde, younger man came out and brought the sandwich to the window and rudely said “ya know I’m in my work uniform too.” Not only was this an ignorant comment but also rude especially working in the customer service industry. Y’all need to do better.

I swear that every time we go to this location, the employees are on something… like today, they had a hard time listening to the order and assembling the sandwiches. When we left, the two employees went out to smoke. The chick couldn’t stand straight and the dude had a very hard time lighting her cigarette because he couldn’t stop swaying.. Let’s not forget to mention how rude a majority of the employees are.Food is decent if you go into the store to pick it up. If you order from DoorDash or Uber eats, then good luck. it’s going to look nasty and probably not be right.
These last past Sundays coming in to this particular location I was greeted with the most awesome uplifting environment and server o can't remember their names but both were awesome . So if your in River Oaks and want something different to eat then just another burger come stop by and get you something refreshing to eat . If I were you I'd come in around 2 pm Sundays . Be blessed

Our delivery driver was prompt and great. But our food was wrapped loose, room temp, and soggy. I could have forgiven the sogginess if the sandwich was still cold since we didn’t order toasted, but I had to chill my sandwich before I ate it.

Showed up at 8:30 pm 4-27-2023 was abruptly told they were closed. Store hours online and posted at store say open till 9pm. This is my neighborhood subway won't be coming back, second time it has happened at this location. Drove to the one inside Walmart off jacksboro hwy arrived at 8:40 and was serviced.

Drove all the way over there to find out they do not accept Subway coupons. Guess I will go to Walmart down the street where they do accept Subway coupons. Annoying customers is not a good business plan.
