Owners are awesome! I have never had anything bad there! My all-time favorite are their apple fritters. My sister on the other hand loves their long johns filled with custard. If you haven't had either, you're missing out!

Bakery donuts makes some of the best donuts I’ve ever had. I love their old-fashioned glazed donuts myself. Unfortunately, I always go in when the line is snaking around the room and they are really rushed. The last time I was there it was pretty much the get-on-with-it treatment: no smiles, no good morning. OK, I understand, I guess. If you pay by credit card, keep an eye on the line for tips. If I have to stand in line for something, and I’m not getting service at a table, I’m not tipping.

THIS is what local business is all about. No frills but clean, with the most satisfying donuts, kolaches, and croissant sandwiches. Been coming here for years as our weekend ritual and the couple-owners who seem to never get sick, nor take vacation, keep this place running with a smile.
Their savory breakfast options are amazing and put kolache factory to shame. The donuts put nightlight donuts to shame.
Weakest area is there beverage options. They've got the canned and bottled options of a gas station, but the coffee scene is basically nonexistent.

These are the best ‘everyday donuts’ in the Waco area. Bakery Donut is family owned, community focused, and all around delicious. You can’t go wrong with any of their donut options, nor will you find a bad kolache. There is consistently a line for these donuts on the weekend, and it’s clear why.
