Blanek's is absolutely the best caterer in town. Their food is always delicious and their customer service is top notch. They catered a local charity event I was in charge of for many years. We had on average 500 guests at the event each year. Blanek's was consistently excellent in communication, setting the menu, delivery, food quality, price and clean up. They are professional and simply a delight to work with. I've been to other events they have catered and the service and food is consistently excellent. They strive to listen to their customers and go beyond expectations in delivery every time. They take the stress out of planning the catering portion of any event. They seem to think of every last detail so nothing is left undone. My daughter is getting married next year and we've already booked them to cater her wedding!

Blanek's recently catered our son's wedding rehearsal dinner for 70 people. We had BBQ chicken and brisket both and several sides along with banana pudding and brownies.
I could not have possibly asked for better service, or food, for my wedding. The Blanek's truly outdid themselves by providing my wedding reception with outstanding barbecue. Not one guest was dissatisfied with their meal, and everyone had positive things to say about the catering staff. I could not recommend another catering company for your special day!

My HS class decided to celebrate turning 70, so we gave ourselves a birthday party on 3/30/19, at the Cameron Park Clubhouse. After interviewing two other well known Waco catering services, we chose Blanek's. Working with Jamie was wonderful and the staff answered numerous questions as we planned the party. They graciously helped us with our menu and Jamie met us at the venue to show us where to set up the tables. After dinner, my classmates kept telling me how delicious the food was and wanted to know who catered it. Our selections: Brisket, grilled chicken breast, green beans, potato casserole, salad and rolls. We could select tomato basil or white wine sauces to cover the chicken breast and both were fabulous. The quality of food, the servers and service were excellent. Before the party, our group requested that Blanek's leave any remaining food. We made sure there were baggies, styrofoam containers, plates, etc, so attendees could take home portions of their choice. Some classmates, especially those who are single, widowed, etc, enjoyed having the opportunity to enjoy another meal at home. Thank you, Blanek's, for helping to make our party a huge success!

Blanek's did the catering for our wedding, the food and service was amazing! My wife and I didn't get to eat a lot of the great food. Thanks to Blanek's thoughtfulness we received a full course premade leftover meal at the end of the night ready to travel with us on our honeymoon, complete with our wedding cake! If you haven't had Blanek's food this may not sound amazing, but if you have you know how special it was! Best food and best brisket in Waco hands down!!
