God forbid they complete your order with the actual food you ordered, or give you fresh hot food. They won't give you utensils or napkins. This place went straight to hell when they moved to this location.

I come once a week or once every other week to order the same thing, Buffalo fries easy buffalo sauce. They have always done a great job with my accomadations. This time, they put way too much sauce. I checked my fries before I left and was going to ask them to remake them, but they were getting busy and I understand lunchtime rush. I took two bites. They were sauced so heavily, you couldn't even see the ranch, and all of the fries were orange. I called back and spoke with the manager/owner I assume. He said he didn't know what to do about that. He asked if I checked them before I left, which I did. It was evident he did not want to replace them. Not to mention they weren't fresh either, which is different than what I have ever experienced at this location. As I read the reviews, I see the pattern. I expected this treatment from someone not in management. I let him know I wouldn't be returning, and he told me ok. Being that I grew up eating Bush's (S Valley Mills) I find this very distasteful and disrespectful to the hard work the family put into building their business. I should have went with my first mind and disregarded them being busy and had them remake my order. Remaking what your employee messed up, should be the standard at all times.

So I'm not sure where to start I usually do not write bad reviews unless I have terrible customer service and I absolutely did today October 28th 2003 by the owner Juan Valdez. Let's start from the beginning yesterday I went to their establishment right around 2:00 p.m. to grab a half and half tea a sweet tea and a gallon of half and half tea get my order customer service was great it wasn't until I got down on the highway and realized my son said his suppose sweet tea, is actually unsweetened tea. Mind you I am driving to Austin to pick up my nephew and for a funeral so I am not able to turn around to come back to get the correct tea right away but I do call bush's almost immediately within a 10 minute span of after getting the teas to explain to the manager that I just want to get another tea when I come back in town, simple you would think! A manager answer the phone, she gives me the name Beatrice. I explained the situation and she tells me that I need to turn around and come get the tea so they can replace it and I told her that I was on my way to go get my nephew and Austin so it wasn't going to be today just to write my name down and I would come pick up the tea when I was able to. She explained to me that they no longer wrote down people's names to replace orders because people take too long to come get their orders I said well I will be down there either tomorrow or the next day just to get the tea but she kept insisting that I turn around and I come get the tea and I said no ma'am it's not going to happen I'm on I'm on the highway. So finally she says I'm going to talk with my other manager in case you come on Sunday to get your tea and I'm not here but I will let them know just we're going to replace your sweet tea.Fast forward to today I give the establishment a call around noon where the owner Mr Valde, Juan answer the phone and I explained the situation and I say I believe there's a lady named Beatrice that wrote down my name so I can pick up a sweet tea that you guys mistakenly gave me an unsweet for. He told me no One by that name worked there. I said okay well that's the name she gave me I also have the receipt and my other car but I can get a picture of the receipt let me call my mom and get it. He continues to tell me that he cannot "replace my tea without the receipt and starts to laugh at me and says all of this over one sweet tea really"?! The owner, laughing at me as I said will then you can just give me my money back for the tea that was wasted and he says no I will not give you your money back basically says I'm not going to give you your tea either and I said sir I am right up the road and I'm coming back for my tea. I pull up and I speak to a young lady and I explained my situation the owner comes out and he says to everybody that standing out there if a woman comes up asking to get a tea replaced do not replace it. Then he starts talking to another car which I assumed is one of the managers that works there and she goes yes I did speak to a girl about replacing her sweet tea. At this point the manager/owner is very disrespectful does not have any customer service skills and this man has shaken my hand and also knows me because I used to work at the bush's in McGregor and he came to the establishment in Mcgregor while it was being rebuilt while I was helping helping getting things ready for grand opening. Disgusted by being treated like nothing from this guy is very shocking at this point and I do not recommend anybody spending your hard-earned money until there's an apology made or some type of change in him.I also have the whole conversation recorded on dash cam!

Manager at night was in very bad mood. Horrible customer service. Was there October 5, 2023. I paid for food in drive thru at 5:34pm. I was told to move to front to wait for 10 pieces of chicken to cook. It took over 30 minutes. When I went inside to be nice and get my order so they would not have to come out to give it to me, the manager was very rude. You could tell she was already in a bad mood and the poor kids working for her were scared of her. I will never be back. I wish owners could see how she acted. Please fix this. Great food. Bad manager on duty.

First time visit. Last time visit. Absolutely no one seemed to want to be there. We Came in - waited at the counter. Manager ? ? Said someone will be with you in a minute. Finally a young man comes. Takes order. No greeting. No smile. Brings food soda dripping down the sides. Went to get utensils and none in the box. Asked for utensils. Girl says what do you want ? Forks. How many 2. End of interaction. Dead flies all over the window areas. A few on the table. Glad they weren’t flying around Realized I didn’t get a receipt. Went to counter - asked and was asked who waited on you. Told the manager ?? She sort of shrugged then said I can print another one. By this time I am done with all this “great” customer service with slow moving unsmiling group of people that look disorganized. I said it looks like no one acts like they want to be here. She said they don’t. I said Well fire them. At the cost of eating out - I am not going to patronize establishment s that have poor customer service. Train then or fire them. Not going back there again
