I typically have no complaints. But I do now! The new employee's at the DQ suck. They messed up my order completely on everything ordered, which I don't even see how that is possible when we went over everything before them making it. Then just to top it off the whole time I was waiting for my order some guy that worked there kept staring at me. I used to love this store. Now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but clearly everyone else feels the same way because here recently they haven't been lined up out the door like usual.

The food was way too expensive for what it is. Got two 6 PC baskets for $30, fries and toast didn't taste very good. Quality of food definitely needs to go up for what they are charging for it!

This was terrible Jessica the manager was not friendly nor did she dip my ice cream cone good at all…she had all of my cones lopsided and the chocolate running down the sides as well me and my friends have went there with coupons for free cones and never had to pay for one to be dipped we need the old manager back because it has not been running the same!

I been working for dq almost a year I was transferred to this location worst experience ever the manager Jessica is on all types of drugs allow her son to walk around vaping an the store he's lazy and on drugs and his girlfriend who is the assistant manager is on drugs as well have proof of that.This place is terrible no policy being followed other employees get in trouble because of this woman son the manager deaundre doesn't do full investigation favoritism plays a big role in this job and I need somebody else other then deaundre and mrs.pat to meet in discuss and show proof of the evidence I have spoken about cause they don't take consideration and their employees if you want to work here don't this establishment is horrible especially when you have the mother her son and the girlfriend working here witch shouldn't be allowed up here I hope they actually have managers and district managers who actually care for how they're employee feels these managers are bullies and something really need to be done

Fries tasted like they were refried after sitting under the heat lamp too long. Drive Thru tech could have been more polite. Burger was just ok. I asked for Mayo and still got mustard.
Spent over $30 to get the wrong order brought to me, which wasn't a big deal to me but the food they brought after that was old and definitely didn't look like the order they got wrong. The first order had melted cheese, the last order they brought was a cold meal with no melted cheese. I definitely won't be eating here ever again.
