Waited in line for my mobile order for about 6 minutes nobody came to the counter to ask if we needed help there was 8 other people waiting when I got my order are decafe coffee we’re not hot but warm . I had to leave because we are truck drivers I had no time to wait we had to hit the road . If you know the beverage is not hot why do you serve it to begin with I have this problem at almost every McDonald about 90 percent of the time I have them remake it but the other 10 percent I don’t have the time. Corporate get these restaurants up to the standard we had in the 80’s .

Worst McDonalds in Waco area stood at front counter for 30 plus mins not one employee in sight no one ever showed up to take order whole lobby was full of people waiting ended up leaving and going to Wendy’s will never return here employees to worried about talking instead of doing there jobs

No napkins in building. No straws in building. Took a hour to get a happy meal and 6 McNuggets. Only one working toilet in the women’s bathroom. Staff just standing around. Food was wrong. Go elsewhere.

Ordered at the speaker and he rang up a different order but had to order again. When I got to the window a young man was there and when asked to repeat the order he rolled his eyes and just ran through the order and when I was trying to tell him why I asked him to repeat he just closed the window and then just opened slightly to give us our receipt then we go to the second window and they don’t even know what was my order I have to ask for our drinks cause they weren’t given to us. Horrible experience. Time of order was 10:06am 11/26/25

This is the absolute worst McDonalds I have ever been too. Between never getting orders right or just being ignored at the front counter. I do not recommend going here. Go down the road to a better location

I don't understand why I have to go through my order at drive though as they rush you away to make sure they DID THEIR JOB and got my order right. Can’t drive back, so I bought food for a trash can. What is wrong with you people, want more money but won’t work like you deserve it. Basua

I go here 3 times a week before work and service has gotten worse the last year. I always order ahead and two out of three times it's a issue. Guess that's my sign to take a break lol . I don't get receipts at window and manager informed me today I need paper receipt when I get to second window, I order online so I don't have to get paper receipt. Pretty sure she has full of it and was just aggravated that they screwed up. Anyway I'll wait 6 months to a year before returning , they'll have new crew by then ✌️

Be very aware of what your eating at this location they served my son a pink burger lastnight night he didn't realize till halfway done ..manager told well you ate half I called to speak to a manager and no answer
