I did the delivery order for the Minecraft meal and we didn’t get our toys. It’s why I got it so my kids could eat and have something fun. They were disappointed and so was I. But the foods good and all that.

This has to be the worst McDonald's in mclennan county. Maybe wait to mop right before the doors close not 9pm on a Friday. Maybe don't call the order # until ALL of the order is prepared then make excuses for your smartass employees when that's pointed out. Rude, nasty & I do not recommend this McDonald's

The drive thru registers were out of paper. The orders were being confused and the workers were genuinely acting flustered!

Ordered food on the app for counter pick up. The front counter was unattended. After waiting 20 minutes for food, I received cold fries and what was supposed to be a McDouble which came out as a nasty looking bun with nothing than a single patty. The manager was heard from the counter yelling at her staff which nobody should have been subjected to hearing. When I went to have my food corrected, she rudely snatched the food and walked away without an apology. I had to wait another 8 minutes to get hot fries and the correct burger.

The doors are never opened on time. We try to go in to order this morning at 7AM and all the doors were locked and no one in sight to try and help. The lobby opens at 6AM. This is not the first time we have had this issue here, it's plain ridiculous for those who are up and working way before yall even open and want something warm to eat on our journey home. We gave up and went elsewhere

This location was just completed and it is amazing! My grandbabies love the new playground with the electronic instruments! Definitely recommend!
I stop here often and pick up a drive-up order to take to my co-workers. They do a great job making a dozen biscuits. And if you order in the app, you get a pretty good discount.

Ordered food from the app this morning. Myself including 5 other people waited over 20 mins for our food. I actually never received mine, even after inquiring about it to a staff member, so I just walked out. Another guy who had a door dash other had to cancel his customers order and walk out as well. Not sure what's going on at this McDonald's but their are ALWAYS problems
