DON'T STOP HERE! I very seldom walk out on an order, but after talking with the lady in line in front of me who said it took almost 45 minutes to get the second half of her order, I made a beeline for the door. A kitchen full of employees, an entire shelf full of delivery orders getting colder by the minute, and a lobby full of impatient customers does not add up to the kind of place I'm going to spend my hard-earned cash. Shame on you!

The absolute slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Just sent 5 vehicles immediately to the waiting section, this is an incredibly common occurrence here.

McDonald's has changed. Not for the good. Big Mac is not as good as it used to be. Pretty sure the patties they use are much smaller and don't even taste the same. Service was not good. Not cleaned well. It's been that way for a while now. I think I'm gonna have to find a new place to get burgers.

Loved the access off the freeway, but I wouldn’t stop here again.Took forever for someone to take our order at the counter. Once the order was placed, it took way longer than usual for us to get the food. Once we got it, it was not fresh. The chicken sandwich was dry and stringy. My quarter pounder was old and cold and the cheese wasn’t melted on it. Fries were old, cold and floppy.It was obvious workers don’t make it out from behind the counter often because the dining room was in some serious need of cleaning.

It was around 8pm and I waited at the register for 10 minutes. While employees saw me and did not help. One employee left to go to the bathroom.I eventually used their terminal to order my meal, but could not pay there because it was broken, so I went back to the counter to pay, and continued my wait. The employee returned from the bathroom and went back to work in the back. Eventually she saw me again and asked if I had been there since she left for the bathroom. I explained my wait and trying to pay. She took my payment and I eventually got my food "to go" even though I stressed I was dining in. There were no other customers and the drive thru was not slammed.It feels like they do not want customers on the premises.

Got my food completely wrong told them that it was wrong. They took it back and then brought it to me wrong again. Waited 10 more minutes at the window. Nobody came to the window so I could tell them that it was wrong. Ended up just leaving.
I had a order mistake but they were quick to fix it and very nice!

Biggest waste of $12.49.. I would rate 0 stars if I could. The service was the worst I've experienced, I waited 40 minutes for a McNugget meal and an oreo Mcflurry! The McFries were cold and hard, and I couldn't detect a single particle of salt. My McNuggets were literally soggy, and pink in the middle. If that isn't bad enough, I found a McRoach in my McFlurry! It was still alive, they didn't even bother killing it before serving it to me. I am allergic, if I wasn't feeling the Christmas spirit I would sue. I had low expectations, and the Robinson McDonald's still managed to disappoint me with flying colors. First and last time visiting.

Food was awful and thrown together like nobody cared what it looked like. Everyone wasn't that friendly that was working and the fries were literally cold and disgusting. It was awful. Gas stations probably have better food and service then this.
