They're ALWAYS SLOW either the foods not ready or Not cooked right... I've gotten a burger that's been RAW or they Forgot to put something or take FOREVER to get your dam order done... these young kids need to find some other job its called FAST FOOD Not SLOW Food

Disappointed at food. This image is pretty par for the course at this location. Orders are almost never 100% correct, always something missing like condiments or add-ons. And I've never gotten a single fry that tastes like a McDonald's fry. They are soft, and unsalted. Their burgers are always just slapped together, sauces are somehow on top of the burger, and WHY DO YOU PUT THE FRIES IN THE BAG ON THEIR SIDE???
Went inside on a hot and busy day and although they were busy at the drive thru i sat at the counter for 10 minutes because the kiosk wasn't working right for me. Luckily, the newbie employee was nice and stayed calm when I got a little annoyed that the older employees wouldn't help her at the counter with my order, leading to that 10 minute wait. In short, it's a waste of time going inside at a mildly busy time as seemingly the only important people are the ones in the drive thru.

Placed an online order 10 minutes before arriving. Order still took 30 minutes because the kitchen only had three people in it. The manager was not paying attention to orders and mine sat on the counter for probably 20 minutes. My food was cold and soggy and there was no point in going back inside because it was going to be the same results again. Do not recommend going to this McDonald’s Hewitt Drive is better.

Public WiFi isn’t working, I asked for water with no ice and still got ice, men’s restroom has no trash receptacles of any kind anywhere, men’s restroom has only one stall and it’s the size of three stalls for some reason, the exterior of the restaurant has that clinical postmodern brutalist monolithic depressing design and discoloration, oftentimes the drive thru screens are glitched out, and like most McDonald’s these days it typically takes forever to be seen and served at the front counter the good old-fashioned way.

At the end of the day, McDonald’s delivers exactly what it promises: affordable, tasty comfort food served up fast and friendly. It’s a classic for a reason.
