Public WiFi isn’t working, I asked for water with no ice and still got ice, men’s restroom has no trash receptacles of any kind anywhere, men’s restroom has only one stall and it’s the size of three stalls for some reason, the exterior of the restaurant has that clinical postmodern brutalist monolithic depressing design and discoloration, oftentimes the drive thru screens are glitched out, and like most McDonald’s these days it typically takes forever to be seen and served at the front counter the good old-fashioned way.

McDonald’s is one of those places you can always count on for a quick, easy meal that hits the spot when you’re on the go. Every visit is consistent—you know exactly what you’re getting, and that’s part of the charm.

The regular menu hits the cravings too—crispy fries, fresh nuggets, and burgers that always satisfy. Plus, you can’t beat an ice-cold Coke from McDonald’s—nobody does fountain drinks better.
The locations are clean, the mobile app makes ordering ahead super easy, and the rewards program is a nice bonus if you’re a regular visitor.
At the end of the day, McDonald’s delivers exactly what it promises: affordable, tasty comfort food served up fast and friendly. It’s a classic for a reason.

Today I decided to order a chicken nugget adult Happy Meal. I also ordered a chicken sandwich. When I got home, I saw they left my nuggets out. Hey! I was in retail. I know mistakes happen so I called them in hopes they would fix it. It was 15 dollars total so I wanted what I paid for. The lady that answered had other plans. She wanted to argue instead. Instead of letting me explain she kept saying its in the bag. lady, there was no bag. Just a kids meal box. As I tried saying that, I just kept hearing her say, its in the bag. All over a 5 dollar box of chicken nuggets. If it was in a bag, she could have looked to see if the drive in window person forgot to give it to me. We go there a lot after work. we are tired and want something quick. Never had an issue until today.

Very horrible service i go every day afternoon and night i asked for a Manager and he didnt want to speak with me i called 4 times and no answer after noon wokers are horrible but night shift is so good i get food everday and they said they cant do the way they been doing it

Food was mediocre and service was terrible. Lady brought out my husbands frappe on a tray handed it to him it spilled all over the floor splattered everywhere and stained his shoes his jacket was stained and then was told we had to do a survey to get a replacement frappe. I rarely come here because i rarely have a good experience here and after this i just wont be back.

Even when understaffed, under stress, even through lunch rush and rude customers the employees who work here are always more than kind to me and my daughter, especially my little girl. These people deserve recognition for all their kindness and hard work!

Worst, slowest, most lost employees McDonald's I have ever been to. I've started placing the order before I leave. It took 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee and Chicken Sandwich. Maybe it was the Chicken sandwich that took a long time...nope double cheese burger 30 minutes again. Lady came in today that was waiting in curbside for...yup over half an hour, and her stuff was just sitting on the counter. Ya'll need to figure something out.

The most overpriced, rude service and sloppy orders!! Calm down Robinson, it’s worth the drive to the Baylor Mc Donalds just for the price difference!! Not to mention the costumer service!!!

AVOID COMPLETELY - it’s probably quicker to drive 5-6 more minutes out of the way to get your stuff faster.
Was a wonderful and once in a lifetime experience dining at this fine establishment. Not to mention the amazing, lively, and helpful staff they had working there. Everything was delicious, the store was clean, and service was quick and immaculate. There were two fine young lads (and handsome if I do say so) looking to be around 18 that were so incredibly assisting to me and my family.will definitely be returning to this sacred establishment soon for another memorable and joyful experience.

I already had to go back tonight because they forgot the cookies I ordered. Nbd. I noticed it before I got home so I just turned around.
But I get home, and I had ordered a Big Mac with no lettuce or onion. I guess they decided that meant I only wanted a meat patty and sauce? I wanted cheese and pickles. It’s gonna sound silly, but I genuinely will not eat a burger without cheese.
And they won’t answer the phone. I’m not wasting gas going up there a 3rd time. At this point, I’m not even hungry.
