This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to or seen in my life. Every time I have previously come to this position to get my child food the wait has been 30 minutes or more for a happy meal. The speed at which the drive through works is atrocious. Something needs to be done management wise because this location has gone down hill since it was built and only getting worse.

In general I like this McDonald's I think it's pretty good. I'm writing this review to say that I have a bone to pick with the management of this McDonald's. At 11:30 on Monday January 19th I pulled up to get my mobile order and there is only one nice sweet older lady working the entire stor,e how do you have just one person working the entire store. Whoever the manager is at this McDonald's needs to do better, if you need more people I understand but at the same time I find it completely unacceptable that y'all would have one person working the entire store. So there's my five star review, I made it five stars so that nobody would get mad and take it down. Having one person work the entire store by themselves is not cool, do better McDonald's. #JusticeForFemanonMcDonald'sEmployee.

They just need to shut down and start over. Employees are absolute trash. Too busy playing on their phones and screwing up orders. What ever happened to “fast food” McDonald’s used to be awesome and now I regret coming.

There is absolutely no customer service unless you go up to the counter and try to get someone’s attention. They expect customers to place their own orders using the kiosk, and staff are not proactive about helping, they don’t approach you, they just look at you. There are also no napkins available in the dining area, so you have to go to the register, wait several minutes, and ask for them. This location has, by far, the worst customer service I’ve experienced.

Best drinks in Waco! This is the only place in Waco that knows how to clean their drink machines and they don’t taste like slime in the ice machine. The Coke taste like Coke and the Dr Pepper taste like Dr Pepper. There’s a lot can be learned by this RobinsonMcDonald’s good management way to go McDonald’s.

I was there for 30 minutes before I finally gave up waiting for my order. I was a walk-in customer. It seems like the drive-in customers had priority over the walk-ins. I also noted that the person ahead of me had his order messed up.

as i sit here eating my cold fries and typing this review out, i'm satisfied with the food, but what i'm NOT satisfied with is the fact that i keep getting GOLDEN MARIO every single time (3) in my kids meal. you’ve got to be kidding me about these toys. why didn’t you give me a yoshi for crying out loud 😡

The only consistency with this McDonalds is its awful service. Countless orders with something as simple as nuggets and fries with bbq sauce, where the wait is 20-30 minutes, FOR NUGGETS AND FRIES, AND they forget the bbq sauce, what a joke.
