Went inside on a hot and busy day and although they were busy at the drive thru i sat at the counter for 10 minutes because the kiosk wasn't working right for me. Luckily, the newbie employee was nice and stayed calm when I got a little annoyed that the older employees wouldn't help her at the counter with my order, leading to that 10 minute wait.
