Sonic Smasher I ordered from here in Robinson is just a tasteless big Ole mess. Bagby and Bellmead and Nth I35 know how to make a double smasher. Never eat there again

Just left here. Waited 6 minutes after they said my order was on the way with russ. I told the a large #4 and they put my order in as a medium and delivered it as such. There was only 2 other customers besides me during my visit. Very poor customer service.

Food is okay, standard Sonic stuff. They have popcorn chicken listed on their menu but it never lets me order it. They also always, always forget the sauce. Cheese sticks without marinara sauce just hits different.

This one employee must not know she is in the service industry. She was very rude when we tried to tell her our order was wrong. Just stuck her hand out and took the bag. Just don’t bother to ask them to correct a mistake because they are too busy rolling their eyes to do their job! As if it’s not their only job??♀️ Might as well go to a different location.

After having been shooed away from the Valley Mills location because they were closing in 20 minutes and couldn’t be bothered to make any food, the experience at the Robinson store was much better. Friendly, fast, helpful. I even saw them serve a hungry customer who arrived at 11:01, one minute after they closed. Now that’s good service!
