I put the sandwich on a plate so that you will be able to the issue more clearly. There is a long, white hair baked INTO my bread. Can you imagine eating your sandwich and having the hair getting stuck in your teeth when pulling away from your sandwich?! GAG.

i have ordered the same double meat subway club at least 12-14 times.today i hade to repeat every specific part 3-4 times and then when i questioned why i wasn’t getting double meat because thats what i asked for the guy pulls out a card and shows me it’s 6-2-1, lol, wtfit. i finally just walked out. and i was the only customer in the store and it took 5-8 min to just get to the roast beef layer, lol.if you show up for work the just work.terrible service and the manager was in back and walked out 2 times and never saw the issue.

I asked for the cookies at Subway in the case but the cashier refused to give them to me because there were already prepackaged cookies on the table that were hard and looked different. The cashier said they were made at the same time and really tried to start an argument over some cookies. So I just left. The ones in the case looked way better and the ones on the table were hard as a brick. I just will not be going to the Subway inside Pilot again.

The employee James closed it right in front of me at 9:10pm on 9/30/22 under the excuse that he's short staffed, but the whole day he was short staffed. Anyway I really think it's pathetic for the employee to decide when to close a place even though it's right in front of a customer and within the business operating hours. Way to go Subway and way to go James. BTW for the past year this place only gets one star reviews.

6/15/22 10:25 pm white male subway employee acting like I wad bothering him while he was on a phone call on his headphones the whole time. I ask him to separate the foot long into two wraps and he point blank said no and proceeded to tell me the drivers of the company I drive for sucked. Very rude and unprofessional and uncalled for in front of other customers first and last time in eat here. Now i know why other drivers refuse to come here.
