Just wanted to let them know the store was very clean and girls were so sweet. The main reason for this review is I truly appreciate the fact they interact with customers and do not have those ridiculous kiosk like the store in bellmead. True customer service! Great job!

I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for quite some time, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience that I feel others should be aware of. During a recent visit, my husband witnessed a staff member—who we believe is named Zaria—handling food while on a personal phone call. She was actively touching her phone, which had been pressed to her face, then touching food without changing gloves or washing her hands.

This is a serious hygiene concern. Phones carry oils, sweat, and bacteria from the face, and it was extremely unsettling to see this transfer from her phone to the food we were supposed to eat. On top of that, she appeared more focused on her personal call than on her job, walking back and forth and discussing car trouble while preparing food.

Other customers who came in during the same time walked out as well after seeing what was going on. We ordered online and had already paid. We requested a refund, but this was denied. Although the sandwiches were remade, the issue was not resolved—any food touched by the same gloves is now contaminated. Remaking the sandwiches was not an adequate solution. All food that was handled with those gloves should have been discarded, and a fresh start was necessary. This was absolutely unacceptable, and I feel sorry for any customers who may have been served after us.
To make matters worse, when my husband explained the issue, the staff became argumentative and dismissive. One employee even stated that another customer hadn’t complained, so they didn’t understand why we were. That attitude alone shows a lack of understanding about proper food safety and customer service.

I’ve never had an issue here before, which is what made this so disappointing. Sadly, we won’t be returning. I hope management takes this seriously, for the sake of all future customers. I have reported the incident to the health department.

Very unprofessional of having one girl work all the orders while the second girl taking a personal phone call and speaking loudly. After finishing her personal call she came to help, not washing her hands just gets hand sanitizer and places gloves.and my bread wasn’t even fully cooked.

So, my BF and I went in to Subway after a few months of not going (back when a teen or someone refused to do it the way I liked and said they couldn’t, which is a lie cause I use to work there too) but this time we were greeted with kind people and even told “we are here to make it YOUR way!”

Those people are Zee (I believe that’s her name) and J. Marcus!!

They were brilliant and worked together well- it seemed the guy was newer and the girl was doing her best to help him learn too :)

I ordered two foot longs from the app, it advertised any foot long 6.99 with no exclusions. One was supposed to be toasted and wasn't, the other was meat ball sub, when I got there they were making it and said they only had 5 meatballs, I told her that wasn't enough, she stated it comes with only 4. I pointed to the picture of the meat ball sub on their display called the boss with 8 meatballs, so I said make it into that cause 4 isn't enough, she wouldn't do it saying that wasn't the same price, I explained the app said all foit long subs without exclusion. Nope.... so I ended up with 4 burned up small meatballs, little sauce, and 4 inches of bread on each end without meat.

Service was HORRIBLE!!!! Everything was horrible!!! My bf went in to ask for a specific sandwich and the girl agreed (mind you she didn’t let him know they were out of any sauces) so she then proceeded to make it(wrong btw) and once it was time for the sauce there wasn’t the one he wanted for the sandwich and so he proceeded to ask to get another sandwich made bc who eats something they don’t like or aren’t going to enjoy right? So the nice guy proceeded to tell him it’s fine it was a mistake on our end for not letting you know, to then where the girl responded “no he has to pay for that sandwich”(even tho she COMPLETELY messed up the order) and then the guy told her “ not really if it was a mistake on our end” to then her responding back with “then it’s coming out of your check right? Cause you’re gonna pay right? Since you’re making him another one”( mind you she’s not a manager) and let me tell you it gets worse than her arguing with the other employee in front of my bf and other ppl!!! Cause guess what the other 2 sandwiches were all made wrong by the same girl. Ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable experience/sandwich. I suggest maybe trying a different location

Was just in Subway to get food with my friends. We are all on the same tab but it took them forever to get all our orders done after they started taking someoneelse's. Then my friend made it known that the lady making my sandwich had put her finger in her ear and kept making my sandwich.

We eat at this Robinson location 1-2 a month. The service is 4 star, not 5 only because it depends on whether there are one or two employees and how busy they are. The staff is friendly and does a good job, it’s just sometimes we wait to place an order for several minutes if they are not staffed properly. The staff always does a good job building our sandwiches. The restaurant is clean and the food is fresh. Parking is convenient whether using the front few spots or parking in the back where there’s plenty of space.

Parking: There is plenty of spaces in the back of the restaurant.
