There are not many bean burritos I can finish, this was one of them. We also ordered a five layer and received a slab of hard beans in a tortilla with nothing else.

disappointing for real like what the heck is this where’s the meat? I literally need a magnify glass to see the meat in this taco ! & my husbands “ crunchwrap supreme” was dry and cracked with little to no meat! he ended up not eating it and just throwing it away

I ordered through the mobile app which is easy to use and convenient. When we arrived at the restaurant, we went to the drive thru and let them know we had placed a mobile order. We pulled up to the window, received our drinks, and were told to pull to the front of the restaurant to receive our food. There were already two cars waiting. They both got their food, then three more cars pulled around. They all got their food, and we continued to wait. So I went inside to check on our order. No one would acknowledge me. I said "hello" and they still didn't acknowledge me. It took a couple minutes before I finally got someone to look at me from the kitchen and I asked if the food on the counter was mine. After telling them my name they said it wasn't and they were working on mine. It took 12 minutes from drive thru to them handing me our food. This is unacceptable! The "let's make it right" free taco - doesn't make it right. I don't understand why people after us got their food but if the staff would have explained or even apologized it would have been better. And more importantly acknowledged me when I arrived at the counter instead of me having to get their attention minutes later. BTW, the food was good but I'm not sure how soon we'll return due to the customer service issue and wait time.

Placed my order online. Visiting family and wanted to grab a quick bite. Went in to pick up my order. Order was not quite ready so I waited by the counter. While waiting, the manger was present and yelling at employees. The staff looked very busy, yet the manager was yelling and cursing saying things like "MF why didn't you start the order with the 12 F****** tacos?" The cashier was very polite. Think her name was Hannah. Was also treated well by another woman who I think was a manager who had red short hair. All of the staff looked under duress. It's fast food.. It's not the best job, but nobody deserves that type of atmosphere. I would fire the manager and replace with a positive and team oriented individual. Food was tasty. Will not be visiting this location again unfortunately. Glad I didn't have any kids with me.

The foods good, stores clean, just tired of every time I order food it not quite being right. Either the onions are missing from EVERYTHING, supreme doesn't come out supreme, or both. No one fully reads the screens it seems. Having to update because it still seems like no one can fully read a screen or such. I STILL get things missing or wrong... the only reason I was still coming to this location was because it is literally a couple blocks away from me. Honestly am just gonna Start going back to valley mills or something this is just silly at this point.

Absolutely terrible 20/10 would not recommend. I’m a very patient person and waited longer than I needed to but I ordered my food at the kiosk for to go at 12:08. I waited and waited as people that ordered behind me got their food before me. I was even checked on by an employee when I was the only one left I there. Finally walked out of there at 12:50. Still didn’t even have my food, not worth the hassle of trying to get $9 when they barely acknowledge you. Place is severely understaffed as well only having 3 people scrambling to get orders done and mainly focus on the drive thru. Very piss poor at putting fast in fast food.

This Taco Bell is absolutely the best Taco Bell in Waco. I've been to the one by Baylor, the one by Franklin, and the one in Hewitt, and this one beats them all hands down. The service is friendly and fast the food is hot and they have great order accuracy. If anyone says they don't like this Taco Bell it's probably because they went there one time had one taco missing from the order and then wrote a bad review about it. if you want Taco Bell go to this one, This is the only Taco Bell I go to.

It seemed to be a situation where the employee was not listening or paying attention. When I pulled up she handed me a Dr Pepper and I had ordered Pepsi. I told her and she had to call someone else over. The guy came over and asked me to repeat my order. Just give me a Pepsi. I shouldn’t have to plead my case. Unfortunately I didn’t check our order before I pulled off. That was my fault. I got home and the order was wrong. I don’t know how Taco Bell customer service is so consistently terrible. This was my first time to go to a Taco Bell in well over a year. Nothing has improved. There is no other fast food chain so consistently bad. Terrible customer service and you better check your order. No matter which Taco Bell you go to. I’m done with them.

I hate to leave a bad review, because the nightshift crew is great (at least on Friday & Saturday when I usually go). Always super fast, friendly, and provide great customer service.
Unfortunately the dayshift crew is lousy. I've been during the day twice now. The first time they took like 30 minutes and got something wrong in the order. This time, the drive through is closed for no apparent reason (the intercom was working, and their computer system wasn't down), and no one was manning the counter inside. Additionally the order names were being said from so deep in the kitchen so that they weren't audible from the dining area, which was damn near the only time an employee spoke to a customer while I was waiting for my order.
