I really wanted this to be a go to spot. I like the food here when it’s done right and when my order is complete, which is unfortunately not very often. The restaurant itself is nice, the staff is friendly for the most part, but the quality of the food sometimes and the speed at which it’s made has a lot to be desired. I always preorder on the app and 50% of the time I have to pull into a parking spot after going through the drive thru so I can go inside and get the items they left out of my bag. I’m getting to the point to where it’s not worth the frustration, time and money to go here anymore.

I live 1 block from this Taco Bell, and have since it open. This is literally the worst Taco Bell ever. I have yet to receive a correct order, tonight was no different. Food is cold and incorrect. I usually just throw it away but tonight I'm taking it back. Update, it's been 5 minutes and I'm back home and the replacement is correct. It took 2 trips for this one. In the past I normally stomach it if I can or I just throw it away. Not gonna do that anymore. Looks like the key is to just plan on 2 trips, that seems to be the ticket.

They were not stingey at all my soft tack was full, nachos had a lot of meat and perfect amount of cheese, cantina chicken taco had a lot of cheese they did outstanding with my order. Best Taco Bell experience I’ve had

Disappointing Experience at Taco Bell

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to the Taco Bell . I’ve been a loyal customer of Taco Bell for many years and have visited many locations, but unfortunately, this experience was unlike any I’ve had before.

First, the wait time was excessive—20 minutes for my order, which was unexpected for a fast-food establishment. When I finally received my meal, I was shocked by the quality. The food was unappetizing, and I found myself unable to finish it due to an unpleasant taste that reminded me of something akin to mop water. This was truly a first for me, as I’ve never had to discard a Taco Bell meal in the past.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but the overall experience was far below the standards I’ve come to expect. Based on my visit, I would recommend the management at this location review their operations to ensure a better customer experience in the future.

I hope my feedback will be taken into consideration for improvements at this location.
