I decided to go through to Taco Bell 30 minutes before closing. I don’t like to be that customer who comes in when closing time is soon. But I had no option, I was simply just hungry. I go through the drive thru and no one took my order, just complete silence. I decided to go up to the window thinking someone would take my order, no one ever came out. I get that it’s almost closing time but there are no excuses to not take someone’s order. Mind you there was someone who had just gotten their order before me. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had. I would not recommend this Taco Bell at all. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

Completely unprofessional and poorly managed. This location has the lowest rating of the Taco Bells in the area, and it’s not hard to see why. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order.
I requested no beans due to a dietary restriction and paid for extra beef, yet the food came out with beans and without the extra beef. When I asked for it to be remade, the manager, Travis, argued with me about what I could visibly see and taste, laughed in my face, and refused to fix the order. Childish, dismissive behavior and zero accountability. Don’t bother with on-site management…contact corporate instead or go to another location.

I really wanted this to be a go to spot. I like the food here when it’s done right and when my order is complete, which is unfortunately not very often. The restaurant itself is nice, the staff is friendly for the most part, but the quality of the food sometimes and the speed at which it’s made has a lot to be desired. I always preorder on the app and 50% of the time I have to pull into a parking spot after going through the drive thru so I can go inside and get the items they left out of my bag. I’m getting to the point to where it’s not worth the frustration, time and money to go here anymore.
The only thing that I dislike is when I get my tacos and the shells are all broken up.

I drove thru 4-21-25 .got home didn't have my 2 orders of cinnamon twists. My 3.00 doesn't need to go to them Called back. No answer tried to call again line busy.
