When attempting to order a salad with fried chicken rather than grilled the register associate told me "we don't do that". As a truck driver I eat at Wendy's all over the country and have never been told this before and have seen some one be trained how to ring it up in the Wendy's system. I asked to speak with the manager on duty and he told me the same thing. So I walked next door to McDonald's where they were happy to make such a simple alteration to earn my business.
Friendly staff member took my order, my meal seemed ready almost instantaneously, and the food was good. Definitely one of the better Wendy's.
