Ordered 2 triple bacon classics with no bun only cheese onion and bacon... no bacon. Did the mobile order after midnight 10 minutes before I checked on my order. When I did they hadn't even started yet and had to wait on nuggets. You think the nuggets would all be fresh? No chance. 7 out of 10 tasted like they'd been drying out for hours in a warming tray. I'd think having to wait the food would at least be hot and correct. Didn't think it was a difficult order not sure what the deal was here.
This is genuinely the best Wendy's I've ever had the chance to step into thanks to top-tier employee Antony Meier. He effortlessly fried my nuggies to perfection with a big smile and such nonchalant aura that I was completely lost for words. If Antony was the CEO of Wendy's it would be a fortune 500 level enterprise. Wendy would be proud.

Stopped to grab some lunch after being on the road. Food was fresh and hot, but the best part was the customer service. Eric took our order and he was just simply amazing and courteous. We usually don't get this kind of service at other truck stops so this was really nice. Restaurant is also clean so that's a big plus.

Ordered at 8:51PM and absolutely every bit of the food (burgers, nuggets and fries) were all stale. Shame on the shift supervisor for allowing employees to sell such food and not maintaining regulations in her kitchen.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. The fries came out cold with no salt and the chicken sandwich came out cold and there were hairs in it.

Walked in placed order before arriving to find all employees in the back sitting down on there phones order no started and the staff moved very lethargic to be funny as I Stand and wait for a drink holder for my drinks 6 minutes later as ice cream melts what a joke of a staff you can tell the management there lacks o knowledge of since of urgency
