It's Wendy's, what more can I say.The issue is I ordered "DINE-IN" and specifically requested to NOT put the Mobile order sticker..... While looking me in the eyes, she put the sticker on the bag.....It's too early for yelling and screaming so I'm putting my disappointment here.

First thing, The young girl taking my order couldn't keep her phone out of her hands and stop texting, 2nd when someone places an order she needs to keep her dumb comments to herself, 3rd when the order is placed actually give the person what they order instead of what you want to give them ( she can't say she didn't hear me cause she made dumb comments about it ), she might be able to do a better job if she actually applied herself, one last thing 10 piece nugget isn't worth 6.50$ you can go across the street and get 20 piece for 7.00$, so got my money back and left without food

This Wendy's definitely need some managerial help. The employees only listen to the management they do not have self guidance and management does not know how to run the restaurant. 10:30 in the morning and they do not even have anything ready to go much less did they have anything for breakfast it was really a shame.

Ordered a biggie bag no cheese an they put mayo on it. An the nuggets looked like the one was bit into. Worst place. Didn't bother wasting my time with the under enthusiastic workers. Chucked in the trash won't be back. If I could do 0 stars I would. No other Wendy's puts those toppings on that burger

I made a mobile order from wendys while waiting for truck to get refilled at pilot at 708 pm. I watched 2 customers get their food. The young gentleman with a turquoise Phone went and sat down in a cubby hole and proceeded to be on their phone.I was at the counter and he just looked me. I said excuse me is my food being made. He looked at the receipt paper machine..nothing was there..cause you didnt take my order..duh!!. I said I made a mobile order.. he looked toward the drive thru. Grabbed a bag and said here. He started to walk away. I said may I have my frosty. He said what size was it?? It's right there on the receipt!! I stated it was a medium. He made it...poorly! He said here. I had to ask three times for a manager. He said she on break. I asked when was it over. He said 30 mins. I told I'd be MORE than happy to wait. And I have. That was 40 minutes ago. She Knows I'm waiting for her because she heard it. She looked my way several times. She does NOT care about her customers!!!.. at all. I will be calling corporate to report all this. I'm so sad to say... she represents this company and she is a poor example of a manager. She doesnt CARE about me as a customer or as a human being. Why do you work there if you're Refuse to represent Wendy's correctly and professionally?

Let me just say the everytime I come here in the night time they always give you old ,hard , cold food. It's seriously disgusting especially when your paying your own hard earned money for it ! Just sad! They need new management cause it always seems to be the manager allowing this!

The salad's cheese was wet and slimy, the apples were somewhat transparent and soft and there were dried up leaves in my salad, plus the kid's demeanor was just like the salad, AWEFUL. I'll never come back
