First time visitors. Walking in the smell immediately transported me back in time to when my tias and grandma were baking. Needless to say half our pan dulce did not make it back into town, well really the parking lot 😉

Heard alot about this place from my love. Read alot of the reviews and got to say, alot of the bad reviews are not as accurate or fair. People have their preferences on how a place should run and how they should be treated. I love to visit small businesses and enjoy the simplicity of what small town taste. Love the donuts. So fresh and hot. Came in friday morning, 1st in line! Our family ate all of the 1-1/2 dozen. Came back Saturday for another dozen. This place looks small but it's worth a try guys. Next time I am getting the pink cake and concha. I did see they take payment on cash app. Will be back from Houston.

Sweet bread was not good. Biscuits were not good. Place never opens on time. HEB bakery has cheaper and better sweet bread up the street and Whataburger biscuits are way better. We stopped by after looking at the pictures they post. The pictures look great, too bad it doesnt taste how it looks. Also, its cash only. And they give you everything in cheap bags, by the time you get home , unless you live really close by, your pastries are stuck together and if they are hot, the condensation seeps throug the bag and ruins the pastries.
