manager got upset that I used the bathroom and was talking about me and didn’t noticed I walked out and THEN made her assistant manager Handle the situation. She’s rude and needs to be replaced. Didn’t order my food due to the situation

Worst services ever I’ve never been to a Dairy Queen so unorganised and did not pay attention to my order while waiting for 45 minutes in the drive through for my order and when I went inside it was already finished as everyone else is orders just sitting there and not even being taken out to the customers at this point they should just shut it down
Friendly staff best workers out of all the Dairy Queens in the Coastal Bend Robstown Dairy Queen the best good food friendly staff, only air conditioner needs to be fixed humid inside a little bit not too

I passed by and stopped at this place for an ice cream, I order something and I even payed extra to add extra cheesecake on my blizzard, only got 2 pieces of cheesecake, definitely will never stop there

I live out of town and stopped to eat at this DQ one time. There was a young man named Randy (?) with exceptional customer service and the friendliest smile. He made my first DQ experience all the more enjoyable. I will be coming back every time I pass town again and recommending to others. Great service and great food! Good job!!

I ordered 2 #1s our Patty's were cold like if they had been sitting for a while my burger barley had any dressings my fries were hard and crispy just awful if I wanted crispy I would of asked for that overall I would never eat here dairy Queen again because of this experience.But s/o to the cashier I believe her name was becca so polite and great customer service!!
