Ive tried ordering from this establishment twice and both times ive been let down. For some reason their card reader never works after 8pm. They sell pre made fries after 9pm.

The size of the chicken is more like a chicken nugget. The prices don't align with the portion size. $10 for a 2 piece and a side. We'll never go back as the food was horrible as well as the service. I'm going to stick to Bill Miller chicken even if we have to drive the extra mile.

They asked me 3 different ways about boneless chicken wings. I said I didn't want spicy just plain. And they sent it to me with Buffalo sauce on it. The guy remade my order and made me extra for the trouble.

My wife and I ordered thru drive thru came home and realize that both of our orders were wrong we both wanted the six piece tenders and they both gave us three we had not eaten all day so we went ahead and ate what we had. I tried calling the store twice no answer, but then when my husband went to the store. They said their policy says they cannot give us a refund or the rest of our food. They had no proof that we didn’t get the food that we had ordered when my husband came back and I went ahead and called the store. All of a sudden the phones worked and the manager was very rude on the phone and said he couldn’t do nothing for me because of your policy. We go there quite often and everytime it’s something but this was something else. Won’t be coming back. $32 for for us not to get half of what we ordered. Ridiculous.
We spent $70 on two fish meals n one shrimp meal with a large okra that all comes from a box not even fresh seafood hell I should have gone to chilli's n spent less on three meals not worth going back

Wanted food but they took 10 min & nvr answered the intercom , so I drove up they said they couldn’t take my order I had to go back around, why am I gonna go wait in line again after I already wasted 10 min of my time. Lazy workers

Kids don't listen. Got fried chicken instead of roast and this girl tells me I just said two piece so that's what I got. They forgot the other mashed potatoes which they did fix but I still got food too hard to eat. I hate their fried chicken but according to the girl I don't know what I said. And they took out the ice cream machine so I guess there's no reason to take my kids in anymore either.
