Mexican and American comfort food at its best. Pork chops ala Mexican soft and good taste. Cheese enchilada plate had the right amount of sauce and cheese. A re appetizer is given when you first sit down and it was a taste soups delicious. Atmosphere is quiet and neighborhood friendly feel.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at La Estrellita. I ordered a chicken fried steak, and what I received was a burnt, inedible mess. The refried beans were overly greasy, making the meal even less enjoyable. To make matters worse, I noticed that meats like turkey and menudo are just left sitting idle on the prep counter, which is both unappetizing and concerning from a health standpoint. Overall, this place fell far below expectations, and I won't be returning anytime soon.
