I eat here sometimes and here lately I have asked for BBQ sauce, sweet and sour, both were unavailable then when I ask what sauce they do have and I ask for one of those options they still don't give me any sauce. What the heck is the problem here? They don't even give ketchup to me... it's pretty lame and inconsiderate. I mean it's fast food.... condiments and napkins would be a plus....

Slow service at the front desk only person helpung didnt know what the hell she was doing. I messed up on the app and ordered drive thru and had to gk to the drive thru to pick ot u o because they coudlnt do an easy change!!! Its happened to me once before that i put dine in but meant drive thru and the other mcdonalds just handed me my bag at the drive thru. I guess dont expect any level of competency at the front desk.

Food is good. But the service is always bad. They need someone at the counter at all times, they see us standing there and just walk past us. We are always standing there for 10 minutes or longer
3rd time I come to this location in Robstown and they give me change back it's always 15 dollars or $10 less than what I'm supposed to get back then they get upset because you don't want to move away from the window until they give you the correct change

Customer service has been 10/10 and If my coffee isn’t right they remake it with no issues. I will add, I do miss seeing the lady that used to always give me my morning coffee. Hope she is doing well.
