Chicken was dry might have been there for awhile only 1 person had good customer service in the front all others look like there were just collecting a pay check

If I could I would give this place half a star. I went in early Sunday morning to get a box of chicken for a work crew. Nobody was at the counter, I'm like ok it's early. There was chicken already made that looked cold & old probably the nights before. I asked the cashier for a boxed of FRESH mixed chicken. She just looked at the register, I Daud again . You gonna drop it fresh , she handed me , my change. I said I don't want old chicken. Please make it fresh She said, ok and handed me my change. I waited for a good 10- 15 min. She called out my receipt, I got the bag saw the old chicken missing from the rack. I said again , it's fresh huh? She said, yes. Took it to the crew. Where they sent me pictures of the old, cold, nasty chicken. I went back to popeyes to find out the cashier was actually the manager. Who lied in my face, talking about I put that on my kids it was fresh chicken. No ma'am I got the pictures, these people aren't lieing. I said the old chicken was gone, what did you do with it, she said I gave it to other people. She was lieing and put it in my box. She told the cook to remake my order grabbed her little backpack her car keys and left...smh...If this is your manager running this place it's sad!!

Avoid !!! Wrong order and Wait 40 plus minutes in line for an order that was placed online 50 minutes before pick up time. Was at window 15 minutes. For an order placed almost hour before pick up time. Didn’t get food for 30 minutes after scheduled pickup time!

Today we went to the dri thru and ordered 16 piece dinner , let me make this short ! The chicken was dry and cold , the fries were cold and soggy the biscuits were hard 🤮🤢. All around the whole meal was horrible folks !!!! Horrible so called food just drive pass this place don't look back. Yes Popeyes in Robstown, they really went downhill.

I Went here once 3 months ago and will never go back, I received cold chicken, and the chicken was dark like it was fried in very old oil. Would not allow me to make substitutions.

On our way to San Antonio, we passed through Robstown and decided to stop by this Popeye’s—and we’re so glad we did! The chicken was incredibly juicy and fresh, cooked to perfection. The woman at the counter was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Great food and excellent service—highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area!

My husband and I went by here specifically for Mac n cheese, when we got there were told they have none. Ordered anyway, his chkn legs were so tiny. The mashed in both our meals were cold..the fries were hard and not fresh. Very not satisfying.

Food was amazing but there was a major problem. They have a huge ant infestation and they were everywhere. I would avoid this location for a while until they clean it up. They were coming from the roof and were all over the floors. On a good note, the food was good and employees were friendly. Hope they get this cleaned up soon
