Every time I've ordered here the food comes out either wrong or 40 minutes after they said they've sent it out. I won't be ordering here anymore. Just this last time my drink came out curdled like bad milk. I don't recommend it here.

We ordered and paid for large fries got these almost less than half way full. Soggy and just not the usual hot and crispy. Long wait for disappointment. At least the drinking were good.

This place is unaware of Ally's law. Under trained and under educated staff and management. No compassion for those who suffer from a medical condition. Laughing at someones situation during an emergency says a lot about this place and its owner.

Angelica is manager there at sonic is rude and should not be working there. After getting my order wrong and me patiently waiting for my item they forgot i asked to have my carbonated water (it was suppose to be sprite) changed and she very rudely yanked it out of my hands. Called to complain she said she was the manager and she never did such thing started arguing with me over the phone. Employees like her with bad attitude should not be working not 40 mins at sonic trying to get 1 burrito horrible experience!!!! NEVER AGAIN! 1ST ANS LAST TIME I GO THERE.

I was handed my 44 Oz drink, and I accidentally dropped it in my truck. I had not even taken one sip yet... when I asked if I could get a replacement for this 7 dollar drink, the employee told me no. "That she handed me the drink and i dropped it" with adittude. I tried to explain to her it was an accident. I've never met a disrespectful employee. I will never go back! An I suggested no one else does.

i ordered the bacon butter burger with onion rings and a medium drink like i always do from any sonic. But this one was off, I clearly ordered a medium but they gave me a small drink, and the burger had almost no bacon or grilled onions on it. I'm non-confrontational, so I didn't complain in person, but the receipt did say medium drink. Not only that, but there was so much ice in it that the entire drink was like 4 sips. Nice people and the onion rings were amazing, tho.

I went on lunch hour to order popcorn chicken and tots n banana shake so I didn’t even eat but one piece of popcorn chicken and one tot it tasted like oil wasn’t changed and it was burnt bad I was disgusted so I didn’t eat lunch but only the shake .

Once again sonic has proven itself to be a haven for incompetence and snail like speed, I truly don't understand why people eat at this restaurant, I can easily think of somewhere else to eat that will taste better, probably cost less and won't take all day. Seriously why?
