It's an bad okay place, People working there could be mean sometimes, sometimes you have to repeat yourselves, missing food, Don't eat the fries, LOADED with salt, cheese sticks slaps though, get those, drinks loaded with ice, make sure to ask for no ice.

We ordered 2 burgers 🍔🍔 We ordered them made differently...it was hard to get the girl to understand. We had to tell her 4 times what we wanted! All people don't want all the same stuff on their burgers every time! Burgers were delicious and made correctly!! Yay!!🍔🍔

Worst sonic ever. First the carhop couldn’t hear anything we said had to repeat everything 3 times. Then took 30 minutes to get our food. Then the carhop has no idea what picante sauce or taco sauce is. And we got two pretzels and they want us to buy the cheese that comes with it.

this has nothing to do with the services the lady was very kind and speedy, but not only were the restrooms absolutely horrendous feces everywhere, no toilet paper, and the smell. The food also just wasn’t sitting right and then i found a grasshopper or roach some kind of bug inside of my milkshake i was very disgusted when i thought it was a strawberry then proceeded to have a closer look. This is telling me they don’t frequently clean there machines, i found the head but lost it here are some legs and part of the body for proof, i was not satisfied and threw away the rest of my 40$ meal and dont plan on getting sonic again period. This is very unprofessional and a health hazard to be serving to customers what else was in my food?

Every time I've ordered here the food comes out either wrong or 40 minutes after they said they've sent it out. I won't be ordering here anymore. Just this last time my drink came out curdled like bad milk. I don't recommend it here.

We ordered and paid for large fries got these almost less than half way full. Soggy and just not the usual hot and crispy. Long wait for disappointment. At least the drinking were good.
This place is unaware of Ally's law. Under trained and under educated staff and management. No compassion for those who suffer from a medical condition. Laughing at someones situation during an emergency says a lot about this place and its owner.

After getting my order wrong and me patiently waiting for my item they forgot i asked to have my carbonated water (it was suppose to be sprite) changed and she very rudely yanked it out of my hands. Called to complain she said she was the manager and she never did such thing started arguing with me over the phone. Employees like her with bad attitude should not be working not 40 mins at sonic trying to get 1 burrito horrible experience!!!! NEVER AGAIN! 1ST ANS LAST TIME I GO THERE.
