Terrible service at this Whataburger I was coming back from my trip in the valley heading back to San Antonio at night. Mind you I was already pretty tired from the trip back. So I needed a meal to try and refresh me. I placed my order in the drive-through and moved forward in line to pay. There was one person in front of me. And their order was taking forever to be given to them so for the ridiculous amount of time I was waiting. I ended up accidentally falling asleep then I woke up to police surrounding my truck. Because they thought I was drunk and fell asleep behind the wheel. This situation wouldn’t have never happened if the service wasn’t so slow !

I had ordered honey butter wings with a SIDE of buffalo. They gave me buffalo wings instead. When I called and asked she kept telling me it was buffalo and didn’t wanna refund me yet I was looking straight at my receipt while on the call and it absolutely said honey butter. Then she said they couldn’t refund me cause I ordered in the app. 🤦🏾♀️

Nothing to Bragg about here. This location is barley okay as in service and food. The barley okay means that's the best they can offer as in food and service . Wish I could give a better review, but unfortunately I can't this place needs serious improvement.

Service was not the best /cashier was not in the best mood or what but oh well food was not fresh it was Luke warm which must have been sitting down for a while
Whataburger is a great stop while traveling! The service was fast and efficient, making it easy to grab a quick bite on the go. The tenders and fries were perfectly crispy and absolutely delicious, and their sweet tea was amazing—just the right balance of sweetness.
To top it off, the restrooms were clean, which is always a plus when you’re on the road. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely stop by again next time I’m traveling!

Went for mobile order and was ready when I pulled up. Need to get the young man's name who brings out the order because he is always nice. He's actually helped me the last 3 times I've driven up. Great employee and great food.
