Rockwall has added another gem to it's line up of genuinely lovely eateries. Adios Fajitas is a sweet jewel of a pop in for really good Mexican "cuisine," it's quick pop in delish Mexican done right. It feels good, the food taste great, and the staff is impeccable! It's so worth walking in and seeing what you might love. It's promptly prepared food, that's a long way away from being fast food. Good ingredients, good variety of offering and beverages...
I have ordered takeout at this place many times and I must say the food is good but for the price it should be. My last few orders have been a little disappointing. The beef was not as tender as usual and was overcooked….I am a medium rare girl and this was well done. The beans were not smooth and the rice sorta dry. When you spend $160 on fajitas everything should be perfect in my opinion and unfortunately it wasn’t. I hope it was just a couple of off days and not one of...
