It's OK. The only thing I didn't like it when the young lady kept touching here ear piece taking orders through the drive-through and then still touching the ice to shave it and break it down, touching the top of cups. That's nasty that the earpiece is dirty. Even with gloves still nasty.

I don't really want to share/post ugly... A business full of young adults or teens is great, but an adult (experienced in customer service) needs to manage. Got me on a joyful day with the kakadoodledoo attitude or persona I received. Even my kids like whatttt no sense. Okay, that's ugly enough. It was still yummy. Peace.

If i could give zero star on service i would. First of, i had a 1/2 off coupon on my rewards app to use on a Bahama Soda so i added to my order, so at the window the girl scanned my coupon(which immediately erased from my phone) but We still paid same price? When questioned the manager he did not understand my complaint, he said the girl asked me if i wanted to use my reward $1 and i said no? Like what?! So he ended up refunding the drink. Okay cool. But then when receiving my nephews sno-cone at the end, which we ordered the Sonic Seasonal with ONE SONIC CHARACTER SPOON ADDED but did not receive... We even asked at the speaker beforehand for it to be Tails character but she said they dont choose it since they are packaged at random.. but the girl at the window said we didnt not order one and that it would be extra- which mind you money was never the issue, its the concept of going to a place knowing very well how to order and the young girl at the window not knowing how to listen and take orders. Disappointed.
I tried a new flavor and it was horrible by the time I got across the street to fedex and tasted it, I went back but instead went inside to ask for a new one…they were beyond busy….after waiting in line about 5 minutes….the girl at cashier was new and didn’t know what to do when I asked for a different flavor, so then I instructed her to get the manager since she didn’t know the answer to my request. She went and asked him as he was warring through a mountain of sno ice ? trying to get those orders out…he looked at my melted sno and told her yes I can get a new flavor….he took care of my replacement sno in a timely manner and I really appreciated that! I love Bahama bucs and this hospitality is the reason I will revisit when I have a hankering for a snow cone!

Waited 30 minutes, was overcharged by the least competent employee I've ever encountered, and they still made the order wrong. Best shaved ice place ever if they had competent staff. Feel robbed otherwise and not waiting another 30 minutes in line to complain. Do better.
It isn't hard to operate a cash register and it isn't hard to make snowcones. Find better teenagers. Maybe one that doesn't get lost on the register.

Rude employee made the wrong snow cone then treated my daughter like she was stupid ended up leaving paying over 7.00 with no snow cone. Need classes in how to treat people !!!!
