The snow cones and service were excellent. Only thing I have to ask is to remove the prompt for a tip on the check out screen. I think that tipping has gotten completely out of hand!

A little after the top of the snow cone had been eaten we found this fur/fuzz and immediately were done and disgusted. I have never had this happen before at any location.

Sorry, will not be returning to this location. Owner is extremely rude. In one instance I heard him yelling at and berating his workers, it was quite sad to see. Second instance he snatched my snow come back from a worker after it was incorrect and was upset about it. I will not return.

It's OK. The only thing I didn't like it when the young lady kept touching here ear piece taking orders through the drive-through and then still touching the ice to shave it and break it down, touching the top of cups. That's nasty that the earpiece is dirty. Even with gloves still nasty.

I don't really want to share/post ugly... A business full of young adults or teens is great, but an adult (experienced in customer service) needs to manage. Got me on a joyful day with the kakadoodledoo attitude or persona I received. Even my kids like whatttt no sense. Okay, that's ugly enough. It was still yummy. Peace.
