Grilled shrimp and salmon were dry. Restaurant smelled strongly of some kind of potpourri.

Customer service was horrible. Waitress sat our party down and we waited 15 minutes for jer to come back and offer us water and a menue. Needless to say we left. We will not be going back and I do not recommend this place
Bin 303 is run by husband and wife team, Mat and Breean Nugent who share their love of wine and excellent Texas cuisine with anyone who finds their way through the doors of this historic location.
The staff was friendly, very helpful and incredibly knowledgeable of the menu. The food was very good and definitely highlighted the "Go Texan" attitude in food form.

I asked for a medium rare hamburger but it was medium. Laney apologized but never offered to make it right.

Nice place to eat but party of 7 you will have a 20% gratuity put on each ticket. I made reservations spoke to a person over the phone and ask will we be allowed to put our own tip, she stated yes but after the tickets was bought out they put 20% on each ticket. My grandbaby was my 7th person. I am ok with gratuity but 20% and was told I could give my own. I stopped by the bank to give cash to my server who was named Ryan very great and attentive.
Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to pork told my server but maybe something got crossed contaminated I was sick before I got home. Other than that I truly enjoyed my the Hummus.

This place is all about the highs and lows. It smells weird when you walk in. Part wet wood and mothballs is the only way I can describe it. Our table was in a side room. It was stuffy and quiet, not even any elevator music. The only ambiance was the sound of other people chewing. We ordered calamari. 90 seconds later, voila! It hit the table cold and with the batter not fully cooked. My husband's medium ribeye came beautifully cooked. However, the medium rare filet I ordered came out well done. Like not a hint of pink well done. The server had that bared-teeth fake smile when she came to check on us and saw my plate pushed to the side. I wasn't mad. I was happily eating my hubs excellent ribeye. However, an erroneous cook temp on a $68 dollar steak should be addressed, but hearing honest complaints wasn't in her wheelhouse I guess.
The drinks were amazing! The Berry Mule is a must. The key lime pie was one of the best I've ever tasted. I did get a scare when I went to the restroom and there was a server catching a little quiet time in the stall. I thought it was a ghost for just a tiny bit. We both had a good laugh! We won't be back. Once was enough.
Our very first time there and the staff was supper friendly and welcoming. Our server was kind and patient with us. The food tasted so good. We will be back soon.
Parking: Look for parking to the left side of the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: Yes kid friendly. There is a diaper Changer inside the restroom stalls.

Rockwall location with good food, nice layout. Food was cooked well and great flavor profile. Worth a drive to check out and not far from lake/walking areas.

Food was delicious. Location is fun, clean, and well appointed. Beware, very expensive. Last year this outing would have been $125, now with tip $250. The food, albeit and service is truly great, way way way above...
We had 2 cocktails (one blanton's bourbob, one lemmondrop martini), split one lettuce wedge salad (more than enough for two), and added one twice baked potato in the skin, a 10oz. New York strip entree , a specialty pork loin medly dish entree, just water to drink and no dessert. Yet as I said, I'd highly recommend' for a special occasion. To be fair, if my wife and I had just had water to drink, split a salad as we did, both ordered the standard fair 10oz. New York Strip each with included side, the Bill with tip would have been $110ish. As it was we had enough food with leftovers for another meal each the next day, yummy!

The quail is fantastic. The pork chop meal was unbalanced. The cut is good and thick so it needed something creamy (sauce, creamy potatoes) to provide some moisture.

Great hidden Gem in the heart of Rockwall .. Great food and deserts. I don't really do cocktails, but the people I was with said they were good also. They have a private room for parties. We had a party of 25 adults and children and they did very well on service..They really knocked it out of the park.?
