My hometown old school burger place. My wifes birthday choices were l will cook you a filet mignon, a porterhouse and I wasnt offended when she said I want a boots burger. A win win. Russel quickley said she has good taste and David said tell her it was a porterhouse before we ground it. IOI. Always enjoy shooting the bs with these dudes
Our 1st two visit was 1 hour wait, so we didn't bother trying. The third time we call an hour early so we could try what the fuzz is about and it's one of the best burgers we ever had. It's freash, bun is warm, and the patty is well seasoned. So yeah, call ahead of time. Bring cash and take it home because there is no eating at the premises.
Love this place and the family that runs it. Had the chance to stop in today on my way home, met a nice lady Joyce a retired school teacher and chatted about all the growth Rockwall has been going through these past few years while we both waited for our orders. I've been a resident of Rockwall since my early 20's moving here from Wylie, about to turn 59 in a few weeks. It's nice to visit a place that hasn't changed since I moved here.
