This is the slowest Burger King I have ever been to. It is the slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to. We only stop here because my daughter has practice by this location and she sometimes needs a quick snack before. It’s a perfect location right on the corner when you exit 30. I will never stop again though. Today I just asked why a happy meal was taking almost ten minute and she said sorry we have in store orders. And one girl is standing around looking confused and not doing anything. Idk please get it together $11 for a kids meal and some fries to have to wait and no one is even in there in the drive thru line but me.

Tried to charge Me 4 dollars for a burger that I already paid 8 dollars for and the burger was little. I'm so upset. And I'm too that My upset ass slipped on a ice cube they left on the floor. I see why they have 3 stars. Now I believe in checking reviews before I go but who screws up a burger King experience. Didn't even expect much. Pass the pickles. That's it. Dang

Missed part of my order, burger wasn't cooked all the way and spicy chicken sandwich was as chewy as a rubber mat. Had to throw out the food in fear of desecrating the toilet. Can never trust a truck stop burger King.

Apparently, in the drive-through you can only place one order they will not allow you to place two separate orders which makes no sense. Why would you turn down money?
The Burger King is great (and well staffed) but the Pizza Hut doesn’t have an active location to review. Practically every day there is nobody at the counter and they are super slow to help people because it seems like they’re working over at the burger king. They’re supposed to be express but how can it possibly be if they don’t even have anybody at the counter? It seems like they are always understaffed or they just share the workers with Burger King? I don’t want to have to wait for you, this is fast food. When I walk in and see an actual person the food is great, and the short red haired lady is very sweet. So are a couple of the younger guys that work the nights. Just really seems like they need help or a better boss and scheduling system for proper coverage.

Absolutely horrible service. The cashier just gave me a mean glare. I asked, "How are you?". To which recieved no response. Apparently, being a customer at this location is an inconvenience to the staff. I won't be bothering this location next time I'm at this TA.
