This is the second time in three weeks that I have ordered Chick-fil-A and they have messed up My order. Two times I have ordered barbecue sauce and it is even on the sticker, receipt and they don’t put it in the bag plus there’s no napkins or forks, come on Chick-fil-A do better.

I am so upset and disappointed with the service I've received. I was told to move so they could give me fresh food that was supposed to be correctly proportioned, only for them to bring me the same food. I've attempted to call several times as I had already left the restaurant, but to no avail, no one answered. You would have thought Abbey (the manager that brought me out my food) would have ensured the order was correct and fresh, but she did not. Customer service isn't what it used to be.

Staff are great and super nice! However this is the third time i’ve ordered from this location and had orders missing upcharged items (cheese etc) and sadly i have gotten very small filets that appear to be 1/2 of a filet in the sandwiches…. It’s just not worth the $7 for an entree.

The staff here is very friendly. I usually come here on a busy Saturday with a large order for my work crew. They never complain about taking my order, and they are always helpful and polite. They always make sure my order is right and made fresh every time.
