I had chicken tenders with okra, the tenders were fresh and hot, but the okra was cold and taste like it had been cooked in old oil.

BEWARE: This chain is NOT PART OF CHICKEN EXPRESS! Don't be deceived! The food here is not even edible and the staff is very rude and disrespectful! My husband bought a few meals for the family and when we opened the boxes, the fries were microwave reheated, corn fritters were burnt, chicken was reheated. We ordered large half and half teas and they were all sweet. My husband called corporate and they confirmed that this chain is not part of chicken express and that they have been told to take all the logos down. No wonder why our order came in plain white boxes!

IF RAYMOND THE ASSISTANT MANAGER IS COOKING OR SERVING TURNAROUND AND LEAVE! HE BURNS THE FOOD PICKS HIS NOSE AND WILL BECOME VERY AGGRESIVE IF YOU CALL HIM OUT ON BURNT FOOD & PICKING HIS NOSE, WHILE BOXING FOOD. THE CORN WAS SOGGY, THE HUSH PUPPIES WERE RAW IN THE MIDDLE THE FISH FILLETS WERE NOT WHOLE, IT WAS LIKE MINCED FISH FORMED INTO FILLETS. THE FILLETS WERE A DARK DIRTY BURNT BROWN. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. I REQUESTED A CALL BACK FROM OWNER JOHN AND THE GM KYM. THE ASSISTANT MGR. RAYMOND DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS, OR THE SAFETY- HEALTH OF THE CUSTOMERS. PLEASE STOP LEAVING THE FISH SOAKING IN WATER, YOUR DEPLETING FLAVOR, NUTRIENTS AND CAUSING BAD BACTERIAL GROWTH. NASTY FISH, OLD HARD TENDERS, UNDER COOKED HUSH PUPPIES, AND SOGGY CORN!

Well…I wish I could write a review about how good my tenders were, how much I loved the fried okra and corn nuggets. But I didn’t get any, so you won’t hear about that.I went there between 8-8:30pm through the drive thru, and they were “out” of chicken on a random weeknight in December. That’s like McDonald’s being out of Big Macs. If that’s true, mgmt should be fired for mismanaging inventory.But really I get it, you want to shut down the kitchen and start cleaning up to go home. Don’t post hours open until 9pm if you are not going to serve food until 9pm. Change your hours if you’re not going to honor them.And your drive thru microphones suck, that or your staff doesn’t know how to use them properly.Save your money on this place and just go to Cane’s or somewhere else that will serve you after 8pm.Fix this, or don’t, but you’re losing business and destroying whatever reputation you may have had in this town.Good luck!

All 3 pieces of chicken were dry and tasted like they'd been sitting in old grease all day. The roll was flat and dry. The mashed potatoes were all gravy, 2 little lumps of potatoes. I noticed all of the Chicken Express signs have been taken down so I'm not sure what is going on. Wasted $10.81. Won't be going back, the chicken is never fresh.

I visited this Chicken Express today for the first time. The older Oriental gentleman that came to the register to take my order wasn't paying attention to me as I was placing my order and had to ask a few things a couple of times. He asked me if my order was for here or to go? I told him I would be eating there. For my order I had asked for extra crispy okra, he said it would be a 10 minute wait I said that would not be a problem. I waited 10 minutes to get my food which my okra was room temperature and not extra crispy, my mashed potatoes with gravy was room temperature and one 1 of 4 chicken tenders was warm. When he called my name he had my food in a to go carton and I had to ask him for some plastic wear and hot sauce in a packet because I was eating there, that he had asked me in the beginning if I was eating there or was it to go and I told him it was there. I had a appointment up the street and short on time or I would have said something to the manager of this store but Needless to say I will not be back to this location not only the customer service lacking there but the food is gross!!! And no don't send me a message stating to send you a email at this email because I'm not looking for free food. I'm letting you know that this location needs to be updated in every way possible!!!
