I love Chipotle food, but once in a while the black beans are undercooked. It can happen at any location. It happened today at this one.
All Chipotles have ugly corrugated metal and wooden decor that reverberates every sound and turns the place into an auditory nightmare. Sudden Chipotle cravings are the number one reason I carry earplugs at all times.

I ordered via the Chipotle app and when the Door dash driver delivered my family’s meal the quesadillas were missing but there was an empty box with all the sauces. We called the driver and she attempted to say she couldn’t speak English but my husband can speak Spanish. We came to the conclusion that the door dash driver ate the quesadillas and delivered an empty box with the other 2 bowls I ordered. I went up to the N Goliad Chipotle from where I ordered it from and talked to Ryan, the manager on duty at the time. I explained the situation and tried to show him my phone call logs but he didn’t need to see them. Ryan immediately remade my family’s order without question! My family and I are very grateful and appreciative to Ryan and his team, their customer service is top notch! They went the extra mile to make a situation right when they could have easily have said it had nothing to do with them. We will definitely be back to this location just may not use the app! Thank you Ryan and your team!

Food is typical Chipotle food and up to standard, but staff can use some work. I ordered to go through the app and had two kids chicken quesadilla meals. Got home only to discover they forgot the chicken in the quesadillas. The kids meals come with free fountain drinks. When I picked up the meals I asked for the cups at the register and was told they didn’t come with drinks because I didn’t specify what drinks I wanted in the app when I ordered. I had planned to fill the drinks from the fountain when I went in. I went ahead and paid for 2 cups at the register because I didn’t want to argue with the employee that the kids meals also came with small drinks.

Absolute garbage. $18 for one bowl. No cheese. Ok I'll have some queso....that was cold. Carne Asada that was seasoned like, oh wait....it wasn't. Dry, unseasoned, bland, tough meat. Don't go here.

Chicken was completely raw 😭
I’m not one to complain publicly but this is a serious health hazard and idk how to report it to corporate. They also don’t have a working phone for me to call the store & tell them to stop serving this raw batch.
One worker was chopping the chicken as if it’d just come off the grill, he walked away and the girl working the line went back and scooped it off the cutting board into my bowl. I’d already eaten 5-6 bites of my bowl before I got the first obviously raw chunk of chicken. Really hoping I don’t get sick. Avoid this location at all costs.

Was really excited to have a chipotle in N Rockwall, but we’ve literally never come in and had a good experience (have visited 6 maybe 7 times). Staff is unfriendly, not trained at all, their body language/attitude screams they don't care at all, and food has yet to be ready on time when ordering ahead. Currently sitting in the restaurant after ordering, I arrived 3 min after it was supposed to be ready, and I’m still sitting here 15 min later (99% certain they just started making it when I arrived). Will have to start going back to the Chipotle off I-30.
