I ordered via the Chipotle app and when the Door dash driver delivered my family’s meal the quesadillas were missing but there was an empty box with all the sauces. We called the driver and she attempted to say she couldn’t speak English but my husband can speak Spanish. We came to the conclusion that the door dash driver ate the quesadillas and delivered an empty box with the other 2 bowls I ordered. I gave them another try today 8.27.25 and portions were huge and food was warm. They missed the lettuce on one of the bowls but there is hope. I'll update if anything changes.
