The old caucasian pizza cook, took the salad out of my hand & proceeded to trash it because I used a pizza plate for a salad.
Didn’t even know if I had purchased a salad plate or not, just wanted to be in charge of something, other than him & the girl with the glasses that has an attitude problem, the place is alright.

Hello this my first time writing a review about a wonderful experience, I had at Chuck E. Cheese when I said the party host went above and beyond to help me and my family through our party. It was during the 5 o’clock and I could not think of enough for her quickness in her actions of being my party host would recommend 10 out of 10.

Vanessa wonderful job keep it up!

Not like it is to be. Over priced n don't have the live atmosphere for the kids.. most of the good things have been taken out. No coins anymore and you only have so many min to use the money or you forfeit it. Not a good place to have a bd party. Was very crowded for the family I brought n no extra tables for them to sit..

Chuck is on the shot and looks frail and lethargic!

They don't deliver orders on time and they're really not efficient at their job.

The restaurant service was very bad, the pizza wasn't prepared properly.

Absolutely Outstanding Experience at Rockwall Chuck E. Cheese!!

We walked into the Rockwall Chuck E. Cheese close to closing time, one tired mama and two littles and from the very beginning, David and his team were nothing but pleasant, kind, and welcoming. David went above and beyond to help me with my coupons and made sure I was able to use the Wednesday special plays, which already made the experience stress-free and fun for my kids.

About 30 minutes later, I wished him a Happy Thanksgiving, and to my surprise, he offered my family a pizza because he didn’t want the dough to go to waste. That simple, thoughtful gesture meant so much more than he probably realized. This is our first Thanksgiving without my mom, and what David did truly made my kids’ night and lifted our hearts in a way I didn’t expect.

Not only was David amazing, but every team member who checked on us was just as sweet and attentive. You could really feel how much they care about their guests.

Rockwall Chuck E. Cheese is incredibly lucky to have David and his wonderful team. This will officially be our go-to place to play in the DFW area from now on. Thank you for making an ordinary night unforgettable. 💛

Happy Thanksgiving to Asst. Manager David and your amazing team — we truly appreciate you!

Went to this location for a birthday party on Oct.18 and everything was great up until we were heading out (8:15ish)

I wanted to purchase dipping dots right before leaving. After standing in line at the register behind other customers for what seemed forever, I finally asked a few of the employees standing around (clearly not doing anything) if I could purchase something and they told me “ we don’t know how to work the register, we’ll call someone” while giggling.
After a few more minutes I realized that no one was being called and I was being ignored. I decided to leave without purchasing anything, while I was heading out one of the employees (KEVIN) said “TELL THE OTHER HOE TO LEAVE TOO” and the other employee (FAITH) thought it was the funniest joke.
I did not feel like dealing with their disrespect in front of my kids so I continued my way out of the door. They were extremely disrespectful and did not care whatsoever! They should not be working there with that attitude and disrespect.

My children had a blast, and the pizza was great — no complaints there. However, I did have a very disappointing experience with the salad bar and one of the employees, Ricardo.

We’ve been here for a little over two hours, and the salad bar has not been refreshed during that time. The lettuce, spinach, carrots, and tomatoes all looked old and unappetizing. I asked for fresh lettuce twice.

The first time, Ricardo seemed visibly annoyed, apparently because I hadn’t taken any of the spinach, which was clearly past its prime. He took the old and new spinach to the back, then returned and simply placed the fresh spinach on top of the old batch. I said “thank you” twice, and he ignored me both times.

The second time, I asked a young lady if she could help. She went to speak with Ricardo, and I overheard him make a comment that made her laugh, after which she told me I would “have to wait for Ricardo.” I waited more than three minutes. He eventually came out, switched the bowls (finally removing the old spinach), and walked away without a word or any acknowledgment.

Ricardo’s behavior was unprofessional and rude. Basic customer service was completely lacking. I strongly suggest he receive training in that area.

We recently hosted a birthday party for our child and overall had a good time. However, the venue was extremely crowded, making it difficult to move around. For future events, it would be helpful if a private space could be designated for birthday parties to create a more enjoyable experience.
We’d like to give a special thank you to David, the assistant manager, he was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the event, and we truly appreciated his support.
On the other hand, Chucke was very depressed and with no energy. What happened to all the energy? Also a staff came in smelling like weed. Not the place to do your thing. One of staff member assisting in the gift area (I prefer not to name her) appeared visibly frustrated, rolling her eyes and holding her head in a way that made us and our guests feel uncomfortable. While we understand that things can get hectic, it's important that all team members maintain a welcoming attitude. Some basic customer service training focused on working with children and families could really go a long way.
