This C.E.C. is much cleaner & layout is much better than other stores in the area. Only negative is no stool for littles to wash their hands. And maybe a little more joy in the workers faces.

It came out to $100 dollars.
The pizza was good, but the wings were a little too small. Judging by the size, they looked like wings from a fetus...
Back then, prices were more reasonable and they even included tokens. Now, they sell limited time game cards...
There is no way I am going back to chuck E. Cheese...
Will definitely think more than twice if I was you...

This location is way overpriced and disappointing. They charge an extra $16 just for “special socks” so kids can use the trampoline and slide — which should be included in the play area price. On top of that, the food is extremely expensive. A personal pizza was $16, which is outrageous for what you get. Between the hidden fees and overpriced food, the overall experience feels more about squeezing money out of families than providing fun. Definitely not worth the cost. This will be my last visit.

Ricardo at the front is very rude seems miserable , I was asking for wine and just told me in a smart way “there’s a elementary school behind us” not friendly at all when coming in & when checking us to get trampoline socks he gave us XS when I noticed I went to get larger ones from a different employee he snatches the socks from her and tells them oh well that’s what we got. I definitely recommend Allen, and Dallas. Will not be back.

Fun place for my 4 year old grandson birthday. My grandson was so excited and loved running thru the padded obstacle course.

The manager David made our experience one of the best our family has ever had at any children’s entertainment place. We came in just to check it out, and David personally gave us a tour of the entire place, explained how all the games and play area works, and walked us through the menu and ordering process. We got the kids a simple 30 minute play card, recommend by David, and they had so much fun. While the kids played, David talked to us about the birthday party packages and showed us how the party tables were set up and how the ticket blaster works. I am so happy with our experience and loved how attentive and knowledgeable David was. I can’t wait to bring the kids back and I will be requesting David as our party host in December!

First and foremost my pizza I ordered on yesterday had red ants inside the box. David is very unprofessional due to the fact that I arrived to get my remake of my pizza at 11:55am and didn’t receive my pizza until 1:00pm and he told me at 11:55am that my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I asked him for my refund and he told me he had to reach out to his GM, who didn’t pick up not 1 call, I see where he gets his unprofessionalism from. I will not be going back.
They are getting quite expensive. A pizza and salad $40. Kids always love to play though.

I don’t have an issue with the location or anything just mainly with the workers. One of their employees up there is so awkward and kind of rude. She doesn’t explain things properly, it’s almost like she doesn’t know what she’s doing. She always acts so bizarre when handling customers.
