I came here for my daughter's 2nd birthday party and my son and daughter were both followed and harrased by one of the employees because they were not wearing the Chuckey Cheese provided socks. They both already had on non slip socks so I didn't see the issue other than for them to make extra money. The same person proceeded to harass other children as well the entire time we were here playing. Imagine your job being to harras little kids and their parents? I am not very happy at all with the way that me and my kids were treated her. I hope that they do something about this soon because I don't believe people will want to come back after having their children harrased the whole time. I probably heard at least 6 parents get upset about what the employee was doing so I'd change the policy or at least tell parents at the front desk instead of having someone harras their children after they already started playing. I will not be coming back here again and this has been a location that we have spent many birthdays at. It is what it is I guess.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chuck E. Cheese and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service provided by two team members, Aniya and Neiman. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience for our group.
Aniya displayed exceptional professionalism, handling every interaction with warmth and efficiency. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made a noticeable difference in our visit. Whether assisting with game credits or ensuring our table was well taken care of, she truly exemplified what great customer service should be.
Neiman also stood out for his willingness to go the extra mile. He was attentive, patient, and proactive in making sure everyone—especially the kids—had a fantastic time. His positive attitude and enthusiasm created a welcoming atmosphere, turning a regular outing into an extraordinary experience.
It’s rare to come across such dedicated team members who take pride in their work, and Aniya and Neiman certainly set the standard. Chuck E. Cheese is fortunate to have them on board, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts in making our visit exceptional.
If you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly environment with top-notch service, I highly recommend visiting Chuck E. Cheese—especially if Aniya and Neiman are on duty!

I don’t know why I am having to pay $12+ for my kids to get a pass for the trampoline zone when all I see is a bunch of kids with no wrist band or Chuck E. Cheese socks going in and out for free . We have grown kids in there rough housing with each other when they are way over the height aloud inside and they are not being cautious with the little ones. One of them slammed their friend into my 5 year old daughter who is special needs. Neither of these boys had wrist bands to be able to go in and where way taller then what is aloud for this area. No one is checking wether they have wrist bands or not or wether they can or can’t go in due to height or age. Why am I paying money for this exclusive zone intended specifically for younger children, offering a safe and enjoyable space for them to bounce and play, separate from older kids when no one is even checking anything .

The place was very dirty and attendants were on phones. When I machine prompted me to get attendant they acted like the didn't care. Salad bar is expensive and not much variety.

I wish zero star was an option that is exactly what I'll give this place. My daughter's first birthday party was a mess caused by Chuck E Cheese. Our party host was no where to be found and when she brought all the pizza's she dropped it on the kids table including the adult pizza. I had to order another pizza for the adult and it took forever. I was over charged, i never did upgrade the kids pizza and i was charged for it. I'm highly disappointed. There was no itinerary given to us, I kept asking when the chuck e cheese show will start. This place was a huge mess. I regret having my daughter's first birthday party here.

The mouse was subpar. I expected the mouse to come out on time on its exact cue. It did not dance or move its ears like the video said it would. The mouse seemed sad and lonely and smelled like cigarettes as well. Attached is a photo of me with the mouse as proof. Disregard my smile with the mouse as it was just for photo purposes. I am really upset about this mouse situation.

Unfortunately I’ve been here 3 times within 6 months and they seem to always be short staff taking long to tend to people and the manager was just as bad last night taking orders from people at register while several of us waited in line to be checked in. After he finished w his customer instead of coming to help everyone get stamped to go in he was already gonna take a new person order and i had to remind him we had been waiting longer and should’ve been tended to next. It’s like he had no common sense. He’s a nice guy but they definitely need to hire more help. The place could use better cleaning too cause it smelled and was very hot inside

I went there Saturday the 4th around 6 pm. Food was fine. Overpriced but fine. Service was helpful. Games were fun and kids had fun. My only issue was with Chucky. When I first arrived he came out did his dance and waved at us. That's cool. But the next time he came out. My kids wanted to dance with him but he did not dance. Just walked a circle and left. My daughter tried to give him a picture she took of herself on a ride, she poked him said "excuse me Chucky" and tried to hand it to him. He just looked at her and walked away. I told my daughter that Chucky knew her mom wanted to keep the picture and that's why he didn't take it. The look on her face was heart breaking. Chucky in Rockwall not a happy guy y'all need to hire someone who enjoys their job

The greeter is very nice and welcoming explaining the ticket process. Very insuring that he stamps all the kids with their families and checks all the stamp numbers when families are leaving to make sure the kids are leaving with parents. Amazing!

They seemed short staffed. Most of the tables were dirty even after it had been 45 min after they left. WORST PART is that the guy who came out to dance with the kids came out in just the head and shirt and wore his own jeans and shoes. When my kid asked him to dance to the song that is always playing he shuck his head no then continued to walk around the games not really giving any kids attention. After he changed out of the costume he proceeded to stand by the register and play on his phone. GREAT JOB! 😤
