I came to this location with my friend, and spent $30 on the buffet. The food was old, and lukewarm. The brownies tasted like ranch. All selections were almost all out, if not all dry, and looked days old.
I spent $30 on this, not at all worth it. I wouldn't recommend eating here, or, at least not at night.

Cicis can be hit or miss, but this one is THE ONE to go to! Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious! The atmosphere is very kid friendly and welcoming to all. We can't wait to go back!

Me and my little brothers have been going to this cici's for years. Tonight, me and my fiance came through pretty late. I usually feel pretty guilty for showing up thirty minutes before close, but they were amazing! Made us the pizza we wanted and even let us take some to-go when we couldn't finish. They were sweet and also kept that closing boundary. I always love the staff here!

Since when did Cici’s stop allowing water cups? If u want a water, you have to pay? I was very disappointed. The manager (female) was not very friendly at alllll. The only one who was nice was one of the pizza makers. He was super helpful.. quality of pizza is so bad & price is NOT worth it. My family & I will not go back.

The last time I was at Cici's was several years ago. Today I stopped by and it's not what I recall or to be. The price and value is 100% unbeatable. I'm sorry but the food just was not good,...at all. From the salad to the pasta/ pasta red sauce, even the pizzas had no flavor.

I visit Cici's occasionally when they run the $5.99 special. I decided to visit the Rockwall location since their reviews were higher then the location I normally visit... BIG MISTAKE! About an hour later, I was so sick, I had vomited it all back up. I have never been so sick from eating. It had to be food poisoning, because as soon as I finished vomiting, I felt fine.

I hadn't been to Cici's for a while. But we placed online orders a couple times lately and it was delicious. The store staff has also been friendly and quick as well.
It’s a Cici’s Pizza, you know what you’re getting. I come here once in a while for the kids, taking one for the team. Just can’t believe it’s now $9.99 for the adult price. The food is that there’s always plenty to choose from. You can always special order anything. Plenty of seating. The salad bar could be an easy improvement fix if they really wanted to. Anyways, for the ones wanting to no carb, no/low sugar, just go to the end of the line, grab a pen and the paper and circle everything you want, but write No Crust on the crust part, or bowl under the special instructions at the bottom. 👍🏼
