This is one of the better CiCi's in the east Dallas area. The buffet is always stacked with fresh pizzas. Staff is friendly and can read, write, listen and count out your proper change without struggling or playing on phones. Everything has good flavor. The manager has done a great job here.

This location has been my favorite one since I moved to the area. The management is respectable, and the staff is friendly. I go in about once a week and before I sit down they have the pizza I prefer ready and are bringing it out. Highly reccomend this location! They are rocking it!

This Cicis location is ok. The employees are pleasant and the food on the buffet line is fresh. If you don't see a pizza you want, the staff will make one for you upon request. Very family-friendly restaurant that loves its customers. I took a star off for cleanliness. There are often dirty tables even during slow times with no one in the restaurant. Staff needs to step up and keep the place much cleaner to keep customers coming back. The pizza is very good, with a great selection for all tastes plus a salad bar, pasta station, brownies, and cinnamon rolls. Decent game room for the kids. They also offer wings as well. Horrible service. I waited 45 minutes for a custom pizza at the buffet and never got it, and people who ordered before me got theirs. When I asked the guy behind the buffet he looked at me and ignored me. Tables were dirty and it smelled like urine. Extremely understaffed and poor management.

I have taken my kids here before and they enjoyed the games and love pizza. So I decided to bring them again. Food was adequate. But put 90 dollars on their fun zone card so my kids could play games just for every game to conveniently go down. And of course there are no refunds. So we were forced to waste the 90 dollars on hook games. How fun was that? I will never go back here.

The staff was amazing! The food was decent also, but the establishment is UNCOMFORTABLE! It's just so old and feels so dirty!! The floors were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the plates were dirty, the drink station was dirty, the tables were dirty and the game room was dirty! This location needs a serious face lift! EVERYTHING needs upgrading! Again, the employees were AWESOME, but my OCD will make me choose a cleaner location! Management/owners needs to remodel, and it would be great!

Food is fine, service is fine. Multiple groups of tables rapidly speaking Spanish, with the "n" word in English every 1-3 words for quality points. What's even the point? Staff does nothing about it. It's a family restaurant. Maybe the owner or manager could care about providing a family-friendly atmosphere -- as of now, avoid this cicis if you don't need to hear every English curse word and slur interwoven with Spanish.
