We Ordered 10lbs of Brisket,4lbs of the jalapeno/cheese sausage and 4lbs of regular sausage. it was AMAZING the Brisket fell apart no need of a knife and both Sausages were Great! Also we had a pound left over and I had it Monday for lunch it was still Tender and Amazing! I grew up eating Great BBQ (City Market Luling Texas) and Coach has hit a Homerun on his BBQ.We are having Him cater My Son and Daughter in Laws Rehearsal Dinner.Can't Wait! Thanks Coach N BBQ for a 5 Star Experience! If you Live anywhere close YOU NEED TO TRY THIS BBQ!
